Overall my service was good. I asked several questions prior to booking in the service and was given details about what was and wasn't possible. However, I would have liked a more personable service. A phone call to discuss everything or more than single responses. We were buying a property and so it would have been good to know once the engineer was booked with the home owner rather than me chasing. This is my preference and I think overall improves customer service.

Walid and Ryan were appointed as part of our house sell to check structural integrity of the works completed a few years back. They were available the following day to complete the inspection and were very professional in their approach. We received a formal report promptly in a few days as they promised, as well as follow up drawings in response to council questions as part of the regularisation application. They were timely when that's what we needed most! Can't thank them enough for their work and professionalism.
