We instructed STA Build to complete a structural survey on an old property that we were looking to purchase. Great communication throughout, they were extremely helpful in getting booked in with estate agent to access the property, they attended on short notice and we got the report 3 working days later. The report was comprehensive and most importantly, very clear. The property had signs of early subsidence and saved us a lot of money in the long run. We will definitely be using STA build in the future.

I contacted Walid for my house project in Borehamwood after the initial structural engineer had not done a good job. The works had already started so I was after someone who could help resolve issues and ensure I get sign off from building control.
He was brilliant - really happy with the way he dealt with the builders and was quick to give the calculations.
