The meet and greet company we had originally booked parking with suddenly went out of business. We arrived at Heathrow and there was no one to take the car and we therefore had no parking. We were put in touch with Star, who were able to help out at the very last minute. Their service was excellent, their price was reasonable when we arrived back they were very quick to bring the car to us. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

TBF I messed up on arrival and departure and they completely sorted me out.
When we got back to LHR I realised I'd booked the wrong day, but they sorted it no problem and we had the car in no time at all. Cannot thank them enough as I had a wife and three kids panicking about not being able to get home due to my mess up. Really great service. Thank you for all your help!!!!

My return to LHR car park was severely delayed due to a nationwide breakdown at Border Control. The Star agent stayed as late as he could and then made arrangements for me to collect the car. Good communication, good service and will use again.

Everything was great; it was my first time using this service. Upon departure, we had to wait for 10-15 minutes in the car park area even though I called them 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. Upon arrival, I received the car within the expected time. However, I noticed that they had driven 12 miles in total since I left the car with them at departure.

I paid for the parking ticket and later found another ticket indicating the car was in Terminal 4. I had to confirm with the team if I should pay extra for that ticket, but they confirmed they had already paid for it since the driver mistakenly took the car to Terminal 4 instead of Terminal 5.

Overall, the experience was good. I will recommend this service and use it again next time. This time, my car was with them for more than 2 weeks. The car was returned clean and without any scratches.

Disaster.
Car came back with new scratches in 2 places. We had to pay a charge to exit the airport as Star parking arrived early to drop our car off, even though we had not called to inform them that we had our baggage.

I’d strongly recommend paying the extra and avoiding Star parking.

I recently had a work trip and I used this fantastic company to assist me in parking my vehicle at London Heathrow airport. Dropping the car off was very simple, I followed the instructions and a member of the team was already there waiting for me.

Upon arrival I again, simply followed the instructions after collecting my bags and a member of the team was there at the specified location in the instructions waiting for me to drop my car back to me. Amazing service and made my life so much easier!

Very reliable, polite and professional.

What a bonafide disaster. Started off with being told that they don’t include entry and exit pricing which was not what expected but put down to experience. My car was crashed by one of their drivers when returned to me. He drove into another car at the entry barrier. The pictures and details were sent to me by their driver at the time and promised management would fix the damage. No call for two weeks and when I finally get a manager their whole story has changed to say was crashed into when parked which completely contradicts the pictures and messsates I have from their driver who immediately sent to me to substantiate my claim and they are clear as day. Their current view is it’s a third party issue and not them and if i wanted to claim on their insurance I would have to pay their £700 excess.

No one at this company will now speak to me even though i have repeatedly asked for a director to call me, and i am furious as i will now need to take further action against Star Parking. Be careful when you use a broker (FHR in my case) if this company comes up, as they may be marginally cheaper but they do not operate with integrity, and should be avoided at all costs.
