The parking service was extremely easy to use. They arrived on time to pick up my car and were conveniently located near the departure terminal. On my return, my car was waiting for me as soon as I landed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always available when I called. Excellent value for money.

Smooth transition on drop off, but exceptional service on pick-up, especially as my flight was delayed by over an hour. I had to pay a surcharge but the drop-off driver at least allowed me to exit the short stay without paying that extra fee.

I have used the company many times they are always punctual and professional. When flights are delayed or cancelled they are always supportive and flexible allowing you to deal with your particular drama without the added stress of your parking. Let them know and they will extend your booking by phone or message.

Needed a parking space as a matter of urgency, having arrived at Heathrow to find that our meet and greet company had suddenly gone out of business! Star were able to help, and came very quickly to our rescue. I cannot fault the service, they were excellent. They were very professional from taking the booking to returning the car. I would recommend them.

Great service. Parked at Gatwick. 3-weeks later we returned to Heathrow T2. Received car (Tesla), recharged, and even with a light car wash.

The staff were really helpful and punctual. I couldn't fault the service and will definitely choose Star parking next time.
Also I booked via the Parkvia platform. There was a glitch on the website and they charged me twice but automatically refunded me for the overcharge.
