Mr and the Mrs have used these guys for years, when they were operating as another name. The service is first class. Communication is easy, drivers are always on time, cars delivered back with no issues. Drivers are helpful and polite.The always find a solution for any minor issues Highly recommended 👍

This company will add unnecessary stress to your holiday, the savings you will make will not come close to compensating for this. We called when we were 30 minutes away as advised and had to ring multiple times before anyone answered, when we arrived at the parking lot it was a field that was manned by non English speaking attendants, if you can call them attendants it was all very unorganized and the couple in front of us had been waiting for over an hour with no sign of their transfer vehicle, we chose to get a taxi which we paid for. Luckily in all the maham we forgot to leave the key so on the return journey after a 16hr flight delay with two young children when they again failed to answer their phones we just opted to jump into a taxi at the airport and collect the car. Please think carefully before you go with this company. The taxis cost a total of £34 so there was no saving against using a more reputable firm.

Prompt service, meet and greet was clockwork. Called 20 mins before arriving at the airport and someone was there to pick up our car, and same again at the other end. Used them several times before and would do so again!

Tried booking thru. ‘Manage your booking’ on BA site but it froze. Looked up Star Parking site directly (which was less expensive for meet and greet) but couldn’t get the booking to take payment. After several failed attempts my bank stopped card. Called Star who sent an invoice for the cost of parking which I paid. Not had written/emailed confirmation of booking yet to enable me to check booking is correct.

When I collected my car the front registration plate was hanging off, clearly caused by bumping the car (which is only months old). Customer services responded promptly but claimed it would be a costless fix and that I should repair it myself. I've informed them that the retaining thread is damaged so it's not costless and am waiting to hear more. Will update here.

Picked up the phone straight away. Good communications. Quick and courteous service. Recommend.

I chose Star because it actually was the cheapest. Made my reservation and paid online. Very convenient. I was provided prompts at every step. Easy to follow directions. They were 2 steps ahead of my needs, VERY POLITE AND RESPONSIVE. Got out to help me immediately when I hit a glitch. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

found this people last minute to have my car moved from Gatwick to Heathrow. Bit of a pricey service but take me they can make miracles happen.

Picked up car last night my brand new glasses for driving worth nearly 200 pounds had been stolen from the glove compartment of my car !

This company are awful. They added 40 miles to my car, caused damage that they refused to accept. I had to then spend valuable time proving they did cause the damage. Once proven I am met with rudeness and arrogance telling me I have to have my 12 month old £40k car fixed by them (resulting in a 200+ mile round trip at my expense). They don’t care for manufacturers warranties or the needs of their customers.
Their staff are rude and try to hide behind their T&C’s, yet having read them they failed to comply with two of their fundamental claims (direct from their own website).
They try to bully you into submission and refuse to help.
They believe their terms and conditions are above the law and refuse to provide you with information that you require.
Avoid these cowboys at all costs!!!!
