Highly recommended. I recently needed to leave my car at Heathrow and collect it from Gatwick. My flight home was delayed but the driver was there to meet me and was very kind and helpful even though it was 1.30 am. The whole process was easy and efficient.

The official meet and great and HT5 is a little pricey so I went with Star Parking. It was a mistake I won't make again. They clearly do not have the people or infrastructure to provide the service. Waiting for 35 minutes for your car to be delivered renders the entire service pointless. Staff couldn't have cared less. DO NOT USE.

Great service- called on my way to the airport when caught up in traffic and they were incredibly accommodating.
When we arrived back after our holiday we were over an hour late landing and they were still promptly at the airport, no hassles, and we left quickly for our ride home.
All of the staff were professional and courteous.

Used this company for the first time , they where polite and professional and even when we were delayed on way back , we called and they said that’s okay we are tracking your flight , we got back and was met promptly at T5.

Not professional service at all.
They don't have a dedicated stand at heathrow, so although the paperwork said "once you arrive our chauffeurs will identify themselves" - this didn't happen. We had to chase them with more than 1 phone call. Then on return, they told us (and the paperwork said) to go to level 4 - where we had originally dropped off. Then got a random call from a different number saying to meet us on level 5, because if they came to level 4 they would have to charge us £5!!! Totally disorganized and would never use again. Steer clear if I were you.

Been using these type of services for years, I thought all was going well, but there was nobody there from Star Parking when I arrived back to collect my car, worryingly my key had been 'Given' to another company which I had to find out for myself. The car was brought too soon so I had to pay another £6 to get out, which they didn't care about. But, worst of all they had disconnected my dash cam leaving the wires hanging down over the windscreen and it has not worked since. So has cost me a further £300 to get that resolved. Very poor service and lack of care of other peoples property.

Changeover went very smoothly going and returning.Nice staff and good price for the service .

I've used this company - and its predecessor companies - for over 25 years. They are prompt, reliable and if delayed by airport tunnel traffic, keep me informed. My cars are mostly Jaguars; they are always well looked after and returned in the same clean state as I left them. Drivers are always courteous. Thank you. Iain Maclean.

We left our car with this company early one morning before going on holiday and when picked up noticed that there was a small dent on the side of the car (costing me £390 to repair). Even though their employee who picked up the car took photographs on pick up all round the car when I asked for a copy these were not available. Instead we were invited to go to their offices near Heathrow where we could view video footage that they say would show damage to the car when picked up (this is a 3 hour round trip and because of the next point we felt would be not worthwhile). They then drew my attention to the print at the bottom of the paperwork that you sign when you drop your car off. This states that unless you take photographs of your car at the point of drop off they have no responsibility for damages later encountered. For us when we dropped off the car no one said to do this and the agent himself took photos that were never seen again. If you do use this service please ensure that you take full photos of your car all round the bodywork and then send these to this company otherwise any damage wont be supported by them.

Turned up promptly for drop off and collection - good service, reasonable price.

I used the service for the first time on the reccomondations of a friend and not disappointed at all!
From the time I booked it till the end i didnot face any issue whatsoever.
The staff is polite,friendly n on time.
I highly recommend them n myself gonna use them again for my future holidays as who does nt want peace of mind when you are on holidays!😊

Avoid this company.
The police phoned us on our return to the UK after we had used Star parking meet and greet. We were informed by the police that our car had been stopped and was being used without our consent whilst we were on holiday by a staff member who said he needed a car to get to work!
Looks like they had used it for 3 weeks.
We have had to travel to the Staines police station to give our statement which was a round trip,of 5 hours.

I have been using this company for few years. Faultless.

I had a very poor experience and will definitely not use them again. My wife made the booking and it was not clearly explained to her the procedure to be followed. It turns out that the procedure is in an email that landed in my junk folder. I tried calling their office only to get the message they they operated office hours only. Ended up paying twice once to Star and to Heathrow. No wonder they are so cheap! I would not use them again as their customer service is appalling.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.Do not touch this company with a barge pole. We booked them through FHR. When we collected the car, a Jaguar XF, it was 7am, the car park was dimly lit, we had just got off a long haul flight and couldn't see any obvious damage to the car. As we left the car park, a warning notice came on telling us to check the pedestrian alert system. We didn't have any way of checking what that was and the car was driving ok so we travelled home. At home, on investigation, it appeared that the car had hit something (we could then see big scratches on one of the headlights and front spoiler). This had activated the passenger alert system which causes bolts under the front of the bonnet to break so that should a pedestrian be involved in the collision, it would cause less harm. Whoever drove the car knew that this had happened because the bonnet flies up and the bonnet had been pushed down again but the bolts remain broken. This Jaguar has an onboard computer system which logs where the car was at any given mileage so we know that this collision happened as the car was driven out of the car park when we left it 11 days previously. We also know that it wasn't taken to the secure car park where they keep the cars straight from Heathrow, but was driven several miles down the road and then driven back to Heathrow. THe quote from Jaguar to mend the bolts on the bonnet was £800 with the repair of the front another £1000. we presented this evidence to Star Parking and FHR. FHR absolved themselves of all responsibility saying they were only the agent. Star Parking said that this had definitely not happened whilst the car was in their care (at least that's what I think they were trying to say as the English in their emails was barely intelligible.) and, even though we had evidence to prove that it had, there was no way they were going to admit responsibility so our only way forward with them would have been to take them to court and they were banking on the fact that we wouldn't do that. In the end we had the repairs done through our Insurance company so I dread to think what our premium will be next year. I see another reviewer had a similar problem with damage to her car. no doubt Star Parking denied all responsibility of that too. So, I repeat, NEVER, EVER use this company.

I went through carparkplus to purchase parking at heathriw with Star Parking. It appears that 24 hours before my flight whilst driving to airport that carparkplus has not paid star parking since November. So unless I pay Star parking again they will not provide me with my meet and greet service. My issue is why wait to call on a Saturday especially if STar Parking were already owed money and why continue to advertise with them. I was literally left dry basically thinking it’s some sort of scam. Not to mention the fact they felt completely unaccountable to me honestly thinking that 24 hours was reasonable. Why not call me Friday so I could have had a chance of sorting stuff out. Not just me either. The guy on phone said he had another 5 people to call. I tried to get hold of carparkplus via phone and email. No response. So this review is ion their customer service because I never got the chance to find out if their parking service is any good.
