I was a Xfinity customer for 3 years…
I was a Xfinity customer for 3 years and moved to a new apartment. My equipment malfunctioned and their customer service were terrible. It took me 6 hours of support to get someone to schedule an appointment and they wouldn't be able to get a technician for 6 days. I decided to switch to Starry and they had someone ready to come to apartment that afternoon. They sent Christian C who was on time, friendly and super quick! Kudos to Christian and the Starry team. I'm never going back to Xfinity.

Christian the technician.
Christian was an experienced technician. Knew exactly what he was doing and made the transition so easy. This never happened with any service I had with other companies. He was friendly and a joy to talk to and was able to answer any questions I had. This service I received is very hard to find today. Thank you Christian for your great service.

Have had Starry for several years, no issues until this AM, I called, did some troubleshooting. The issue needed a technician who they scheduled same day! Christian was on time, friendly and most importantly I am back up and running! Live Starry’s customer service
