Lack of electricity, no recourse
I’m currently in one of their apartments in Barcelona. The building lost power and we are without electricity. No power, no internet, elevator, etc. Moreover, i cannot leave since I was told front door keypad would not work during electrical outage.
I requested early check out and refunds for nights not used since I feel electricity is a standard, expected service for apartment rental but was declined any refund. No recourse was offered. I can’t even leave because I won’t be able to get back inside the building.
