Everything was dispatched successfully on our end with no issues flagged, so we had no way of knowing there was a delay until we received this review so we really appreciate you flagging it.
Its a shame you felt to give us a one-star rating since the parcel left us correctly and the delay sits with the courier rather than us. Now that we're aware, we'll get to the bottom of it and make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. We will contact you directly.

Fantastic service from start to finish! I was given a really thoughtful recommendation to help me choose the most suitable YETI product, and it turned out to be spot on. Delivery was super quick, and the personalised thank you note was such a lovely touch. Best of all, the YETI bottle with straw is brilliant; my daughter absolutely loves it! Great service
Great service. Very quick at replying to emails (for nhs discount) and quick dispatch and delivery. Items came with a hand written note making the experience very personal. Bought quick a few Yeti products before, but first time from this seller. Will use them in the future for anything Yeti related without a doubt.

The item I ordered arrived very quickly…
The item I ordered arrived very quickly and efficiently with a handwritten note saying that I had ordered a really nice bit of kit which was a nice and seemingly
genuine personalised touch.
I had previously ordered this same item from a different company as part of a larger Yeti order in a limited colour. When chased for outstanding item the other company admitted they were out of stock. Plus the other company constantly sending out spam.
