Great product. VERY WELL PACKAGED. I ordered a granite sample and it was extremely well packaged. Arrived quickly. I had ordered tiles from a different company a few years ago and they arrived broken - twice. I can’t see that happening with Stone Tile Depot because of how well they package their products for shipping.

Victor Uganda took person ownership of my issue and doggedly worked it until it was solved. Excellent customer service! Thanks Victor.

Price, customer service, and shipping were all fantastic but the granite sample that I purchased had too many mineral specks for what I use it for.
I laser engrave granite memorials and the absolute black that I received is very nice but doesn't meet my requirements.

I would not recommend purchasing tile through Stone Tile Depot! I had a horrible experience working with them trying to return excess tile. The company is not customer-friendly and in many cases was unresponsive when I reached out for help.

I haven’t received my order, but I have had excellent customer service with this order…we have revised our selection and quantity multiple times as our design plans have evolved, and Victor never failed to follow up and graciously revise the order for me!

Great customer service! I have ordered from this company multiple times. They have great prices, and a good selection. The tile arrives intact. The last order I placed, they went above and beyond recognizing that the tile I ordered was actually a paver instead of a floor tile. They called and emailed to confirm before they shipped it out. Sure enough I ordered the wrong thing, they took the time to look up the tile I had ordered previously, made sure the right one was then ordered and made the change order really simple. I appreciated them going the extra mile to avoid the headache and cost of me ordering/receiving the wrong tile.
