Before ordering a pallet of 40 900x600 porcelain paving slabs I ordered and paid for a sample, I received a message informing me it had been despatched, over a week later I received a email informing me it was out of stock and I was to receive a refund
Although these things happen, I emailed to suggest they don't tell a customer something has been despatched until it actually has, I received a email in response saying "no problem" and asking me to send a photo of the before and after of the patio.
Well I can but it won't be purchased from this company

First order made in time for next day…
First order made in time for next day delivery, and paid extra charge, been delivered 5 days later. The sets I’ve purchased online showing thin, sawn cut and received 60mm thick riven.
Received a full refund on delivery charges and despite the fact that I have not been charged for the delivery now, you should review your delivery terms and delivery company, you’re loosing a great amount of customers like this.

Easy ordering, you can choose a delivery date, free delivery too, delivered on time by a very pleasant, careful delivery person, and the tiles are wonderful, well supported and packed including corner covers.
Unfortunately the very bottom tile was smashed, but all others were perfect.

Delays and Poor Quality Control & Communication – Disappointing Experience
I placed an order totalling circa £3.6k with Stonemart on 05/09/25, consisting of two different limestone products. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing due to multiple issues in both product accuracy and delivery.
1. Incorrect Product Supplied – Bullnose Limestone Steps
This arrived earlier than the agreed date. Thankfully, my workmen were present to assist with unloading from the kerbside. However, once moved to site and unpacked, it was clear that the steps were not bullnosed as advertised.
I was later informed that Stonemart’s supplier had sent the wrong batch. While I understand that supply chain issues can occur, it is very concerning that no checks were carried out by Stonemart prior to dispatch. I have now been told that the correct bullnose steps will not be in stock until end of October, which has disrupted my project timeline significantly.
2. Repeated Delays & Poor Communication – Limestone Paving Slabs
This was originally scheduled for delivery on 11/09/25, but this was pushed back to 12/09/25, and then again to 15/09/25. Due to the previous mistake, I was assured by Jay that these slabs would be delivered via special delivery by 10:00 AM on 15/09/25. However, as of writing this, the order has still not arrived. No tracking information was provided, and no delivery window was communicated in advance.
Given the previous stellar reviews of Stonemart, I expected much better in terms of product accuracy, delivery reliability, and customer communication. The ongoing delays and lack of accountability have had a serious knock-on effect on my project schedule and costs.
At this stage, I feel it would be appropriate for Stonemart to offer a gesture of goodwill or partial compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused.

The worst customer service
The worst customer service! My delivery of stone didnt arrive. The link to the courier kept adding a day to the delivery date. My husband spoke to one of the team who said he would chase it- nothing happened. We have had to cancel the builder twice because of the non delivery and Finally I am told today it has been lost and so another delivery has been arranged- nearly 2 weeks after placing the original order
