I paid extra for guaranteed delivery. It’s now 3 days late. Very bad customer service at the weekend when I rang it was a foreign call centre that had no idea how to help. Will not be using again.

Really good value limestone paving, well wrapped for delivery, arrived earlier in the week than booked which was ok as in, few paving stones broken but you are warned that this can happen, product is as advertised & expected to be, delivery man was lovely & helpful

Return policy absolutely woeful
Product wrongfully purchased (my fault...entirely) return policy is absolutely woeful. Purchase price, including selection charge and delivery charge £250. Return charge £400 even before the return delivery charge was added...!!

We want to clarify the charge for return collections. As per our policy, the collection charge is £100 per crate. Since your order was for four loose steps, which are considered a single crate, the return charge would be £100, not £400 as you mentioned.

Only got 4 stars as the kerb side delivery was a pain as slabs were for the back garden and they were dropped at the front so a hefty load for my husband to carry to the correct location - back breaking stuff!

For large and heavy items like stone slabs, kerbside delivery is the standard procedure for carriers. This approach is taken because their equipment is designed for flat, hard surfaces like the kerb, which safely minimises risks for both the drivers and the product during offloading.

Communication throughout the process had been excellent. I emailed to ask if I could have an earlier delivery which was not a problem and sorted straight away. The price too was excellent and almost too good to be true! The stones are being laid and look incredible. Would definitely recommend.

No goods, no refund
I ordered £880 worth of goods paying extra for express delivery on 3rd july. The goods didn't arrive the or at all.Stonemart came up with a story about the carrier smashing them in an accidentnand they had no more stock. The carrier's tracker website shows the stones never being made available for collection. I made a chargeback through my bank, but 3 weeks late this companyare disputing it, goodness knows why as I haven't had the product or a refund.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to learn of your disappointing experience with your recent order (TS-3918) and understand your frustration regarding the non-receipt of goods and the refund process.
As soon as we became aware of the unfortunate situation with your order – we acted immediately. On July 2nd, we informed you of the issue and proactively initiated a full refund for £888 (not £880) on July 3rd at 11:34 AM. Our priority was to return your funds as quickly as possible.
We understand that you also filed a chargeback on July 4th. Please know that when a chargeback is initiated while a refund is in process, it can unfortunately cause the refund to fail and put the funds into a complex dispute resolution cycle with the banks. This is exactly what occurred in this instance, creating a delay for both parties.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this process has caused you. Even after the chargeback was filed, we never wanted to cause any further delay. That's why we made multiple attempts to contact you via email and phone after July 4th. Our aim was to explain how revoking the chargeback could potentially expedite your refund, as we were keen to resolve this directly. We regret that these communications couldn't be completed between us. Consequently, we proceeded with submitting our response to the chargeback, and any subsequent delay was a result of the standard processes followed by banks and payment service providers. Please be assured, we have been proactive and quick throughout this entire situation.
Please be assured that we are committed to transparent and prompt resolution for all our customers. We understand that this experience has been frustrating, and we genuinely regret that the issue with your order and the subsequent banking process created such an unfavorable outcome for you.

Wow great product & service
Wow what can I say. Got porcelain tiles to do my path. Quality of them fantastic at a really good price much cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery was fast and the haulier was excellent putting them where we needed even though we live down a long cul de sac. The quality of the tiles is 1st class our builder laying them outside was amazed by the quality. Would highly recommend
