No problems at all
No problems at all. I was well informed of the delivery date and time slot. Delivery was on time, and most crucially there were no slab breaks! All slabs were in good condition due to being well fastened together. Delivery guy was very helpful and friendly too.

Communication is Key
No communication on delivery which was booked in a month prior.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the delivery issues. We completely understand how important timely communication is and regret that you had to follow up on the situation.
After investigating, it appears there was a miscommunication from the depot, which led to the confusion. Typically, all pre-booked shipments are delivered on the scheduled date, and if any delays or rescheduling occur, the depot informs us so we can promptly update our customers. Unfortunately, in this instance, we did not receive any communication from the depot. Upon following up after your inquiry, we were informed that the driver had to return due to illness.
However, as soon as we became aware of the issue, we worked to clarify the situation and find the best possible resolution for you.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are continuously working to improve our service. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make things right. If there is anything further we can do, please feel free to reach out.

Reviews are falsified by owner
Having had the company refuse to admit fault in the materials they sent me I left a review (my first every review on a company, as I was that upset in how the transaction has gone). I was then contacted by the company owner after I left my review with him asking to pay me to remove the review on here. He then never emailed back to my response.
Be very wary of this company as I imagine all their poor reviews to be paid off, leaving a false view on how bad this company are, trying to trick others into their poor products and services

Would benefit from a better delivery
The product could be very good if received as described. However, sadly the delivery was very poor.
The operator refused to deliver onto our drive and left the pallet half on a public footpath and half blocking the entrance to our drive. Furthermore, when we unpacked to move the slabs onto our property we discovered several tiles were broken and chipped at the corners, including a totally cracked large tile.
I will be laying the patio once the weather improves, and would appreciate a pattern to follow having given you length and width dimensions of our requirement.

Good product and comms, very poor delivery.
The product and communication was excellent, the delivery was very poor. The driver simply couldn’t drive, we’ve had some big deliveries as part of our project and the driver couldn’t reverse a van onto the drive.

I am really pleased with the product received. The website was easy to use both in reviewing all the available products and placing the order. The only negative point was that I was unable to track the order as the name of the courier wasn’t given and the delivery arrived one day early (fortunately I was at home and able to receive it).
