Ordering was effortless and delivery was very fast so all in all a very smooth process from start to finish.

Quality product. I ran into a few issues with the delivery, but the customer service representative, Lisa, was incredibly helpful and resourceful. It resolved the suboptimal experience.

This is my 2nd purchase from Storksak. This time I purchased St James bag in tan and oh my goodness, I am in love with this bag. It looks trendy and fancy and I love the leather and the tan color! It also looks less like a diaper bag and more like a purse which is a plus! I think I'll use this bag even when i no longer need a diaper bag. It's beautiful! And as a diaper bag, it also serves its function. I cherish this bag. Storksak is the only place I'll ever purchase diaper bags from now and in the future! The quality is superb.

Shipping was super fast, and the bag was packaged nicely. The backpack is beautiful! I love that it doesn’t scream diaper bag. The leather is really nice and it feels well made.

It would be perfect except for the straps - they aren’t super comfortable. I don’t know if it’s where they are sewed in (maybe too wide set?), but they could definitely be improved.

Overall I’m glad I splurged on this bag. I’m sure I will use it beyond baby years!

Absolutely blown away by my Alyssa backpack. After buying 3 different baby bags from different brands this is finally the bag I’ve been searching for. SO practical and well organised, incredibly high quality and best of all, stunning design that goes with all my outfits. So happy with my purchase

Love the diaper bag.. it is so beautiful and I feel good wearing it out. It doesn’t scream diaper bag, and it is super chic and functional. The delivery was very quick.

Bought as a requested gift. Chosen because it is so well made and has all the extras to make life easier as baby grows. They are thrilled to bits with it, and it has already become their new best friend.

I wanted to return the item but I had taken the tag out. Even if unused I couldn’t return it. Very bad customer service!

Absolutely exceptional customer service - could recommend it to anyone.

Had the Alyssa bag bought as a gift just over a year ago and the main compartment strap has broken. As this was a gift no Proof of purchase was passed on and can now no longer get ahold of this. Just disappointed no resolution was found from both parties as product was expensive and can now longer use

I was reluctant to spend this much on a changing bag, however, after looking into what was on offer in the market Storksak products were definitely the best.
It can fit lots inside and the insulated bag is really handy if your pre making bottles. The smaller strap is also really handy when you’re just transferring the bag from your car to the house.
The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because it doesn’t sit very well on the push chair handle, even when the straps are tightened fully. I have to use the storage on the bottom which then doesn’t allow easy access. Other than that this bag is great!

Perfect bag. I chose black which is great. Easy to keep clean very lightweight stands upright on the floor, small bag inside very handy. Changing mat folds up with velcro strap. Really pleased with my purchase. Great quality I recommend it highly. Hubby likes it too 😀👍

Really lovely well made bag with speedy delivery

Gorgeous bag. You can tell it's really well made and it looks really stylish. There are plenty of functional pockets and little extras, like the travel changing mat. So pleased I picked this for my changing bag!

I love my diaper bag! It arrived quickly and was nicer then I thought it would be. Good luck with your company!

The nappy backpack is exactly what I needed to carry everything for a toddler and pre-schooler and I can even add my laptop for when we are travelling further afield.

Love my Storksak rucksack and buggy stroller bag. The scuba material makes it very easy to clean yet it is still aesthetically pleasing. Will continue to use them for other occasions too. Only change I would make would be to add a long shoulder strap to the stroller bag

Great product sturdy and a good compact size
