I'm still waiting for my orders, it's been 10 days now. I have not received any response to my earlier emails regarding what is happening with the shipment. After 8 days, Laura from Strapology kindly sent an e-mail saying that they were sorry and the order would be renewed, but she suggested that I choose another product that was available immediately. IF I WANTED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT, I WOULD ORDER ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THE START.
No communication, very incompetent company. I'll see what he sends, because so far that's all they promise...

Despite being told multiple times my product had been dispatched, and paying for 2 day delivery, the items never arrived. I then had to raise a case through PayPal for a refund as Strapology never processed the refund. Avoid at all costs!

It's currently been 16 days since I made my order and 10 days since I was told it was shipped, however Royal Mail are still yet to receive from Strapology.

I have emailed only to get a generic response saying that it will be with me in 5-8 working days even though I had waited over that time already.

I replied asking for a detailed update of when to expect delivery of my order or a new strap to be sent out and have been completely ignored.

It's rude and terrible service.

Very poor. Bought two straps. After 4 weeks they arrived. One good, other nothing like the picture. Initially good customer service, they recognised the issue and offered a free alternative strap of my choosing. New strap arrived after 4 weeks and appalling quality, really bad, frayed edges, no little details shown in pictures, it would not be an exaggeration to say it made the £5 straps on Amazon look like luxury. Customer services again acknowledged problem and stated refund would be given but I needed to post back both poor straps (which is fair enough) and that return label would be "emailed shortly". Waited a few days for return label then chased. Told would receive return label next day. A week later, still nothing. Have now had to raise further due to false advertising and not offering refunds.

Update: A day after posting this I was offered a refund on the poor strap with an agreement to consider modifying or deleting this (originally) 1* trustpilot review. Refund took 9 days to arrive, but has now done so. It does irk me that a review on Trustpilot had to be added for progress to be made. I debated on increasing it to 2*, but although two of the straps were poor, one was nice.

In summary, Strapology have some nice straps. They also have some awful ones that look nothing like their pictures. They are a middle man (straps are delivered direct from China) and although Laura in customer service is good, she is only as good as the systems she is given which makes their customer experience a frustrating one. I wouldn't want her job....

This would have been a lower star review but the customer service was excellent and rescued the situation. I had two straps one of which arrived quickly the other took a long long time but did eventually arrive. Both straps are of good quality. I would use this company again.

Very happy with my order! Surprisingly, they managed to deliver on time and actually before the stated TAT - this is great as I was expecting my orders to be late due to the holiday season but everythings great and I am grateful.

Excellent product and far cheaper than Apple alternatives.

finally received my order after waiting 2 weeks when website advertised next working day. not happy with product after finally arrived. customer service was good. after sending my item back i’m still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later.

Order 27209 still not received, yet claims it was shipped 25/11. Delaying on refund despite requests.

I originally rated this much lower until the higher management did reach out to directly intervene.

BUT - this is still primarily a drop shipper with only certain items directly available. Both the site and the marketing can and will be misinterpreted.

...and it was Cyber Week.

They do score points for actually fixing what went, wrong. The product received was functional and of good quality.

Strongly advise that you ask about stock and make a decision based on the speed and clarity of the response!

**UPDATED** I have increased my rating due to a good customer service resolution. I can’t fault them in this regard, the company reached out to make right on my initial complaints and have issued me with a full refund. They apologised and explained the delays I experienced have now been rectified which I accept. I’m pleased with the follow up, many wouldn’t have bothered, it shows they take customer service seriously even when there are issues.

Still waiting for my order 10 days on. Royal Mail tracking states it’s awaiting delivery. Standard email reply from Strapology stating it was on its way but not according to Royal Mail.
Edit. My order arrived the following day. Very happy with the strap. Laura very kindly offered me another strap as a gesture of goodwill. I suppose we are in an age when our expectations are high and waiting more than a few days seems unacceptable now. Anyway, thank you. Much appreciated.

Good service, but the strap I chose wasn’t what I expected, didn’t live up to as it was advertised.
Whilst I received a refund for the item my disappointment was, I had to pay the return postage which cost £4:20p.

Hate to leave negative reviews - especially as this is potentially a small business - but I ordered my band nearly two weeks ago and still don’t have what I ordered. I received a faulty one last week and customer service offered a replacement but no idea if/when that will happen.
Says next day despatch but don’t seem able to provide that service at the moment.
***EDIT - I improved score from 1* to 3* as I did receive my band this morning after receiving an email from Laura yesterday confirming it was on the way. Happy with the quality of the straps I’ve ordered and tbf Laura has always responded to my emails.

I bought the so called titanium strap for my Apple Watch pro in June .
The strap is scratched so badly by now it looks like it’s made from aluminium or tin. I have raised a formal complaint by email and attached pictures to demonstrate to register this as a formal complaint. I don’t expect much from this as they clearly state about 10 times no refunds of exchanges after 30 days but wanted other people to be aware that they are scammers

2 weeks waiting for the product. Listed as titanium strap but actually steel. No reply to enquiries. Coloured coating to resemble titanium rubs away within days of use.
