Watch strap broke within two weeks, and clasp stopped closing within days. One of the pins on the strap came out completely (pictures and a video of clasp issues available). Consequently my watch fell off my wrist at work, and damaged the screen.

Unfortunately, according to T&Cs of Strapology, they will not refund after 24 hours, and advised it is not a fault as it can be mended.
‘Laura’ from Strapology, who I understand to be the Customer Service Manager, had this to say:

“What I can observe from [the image sent], is that the product doesn't have a manufacturing defect and it can be fixed. The pin can be inserted back into its place….. According to our Terms and Conditions, on which you agreed when placing the order, a refund can be issued only if a fault is notified in the first 24 hours upon delivery.”

I can assure you, replacing the pin did not work, and the clasp stopped closing properly within days, even before the pin fell out. We mended the pin before contacting the company, and it fell out again within hours.

Spoke to CAB who advised- “Your rights fall under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can make an argument the item is not satisfactory quality; the item needs to be free from faults and last a reasonable time.” So despite Strapology hiding behind Ts&Cs, they are happy to go against the rights of a consumer.

As Strapology were not willing to accept blame, I tried to proceed via an Ombudsman (ADR). Unsurprisingly, Strapology are not a member.

I have now gone via my bank for a chargeback, as it’s the only way I can get my money back. I don’t want a replacement from a company who operate in this way. I have since bought a new strap from a reputable company and have had no issues. Recommend going elsewhere to all.

They are great! Always on time and havent had any issues ever! Prices are lower than elsewhere and I have checked many sites. Thanks again!!

I’ll be honest… I completely wrote this strap off and was angry with myself for being fooled by this website.
I ordered it on 28th December and received notification of 48 hour tracked dispatch the next day.
The tracking never updated and just showed that Royal Mail were awaiting the item for weeks. Emailed them twice with no response.
Today (09.01.24) to my surprise it has been delivered and it was well worth the wait.
Since receiving this - I have discovered that this has come from China - so the tracking will only get picked up once received in the UK - hence the long delay and never updating.
It was delivered by Royal Mail.

The only difference with this strap compared to the original is that you can’t adjust and move the link like you can with the original one. If you want a cheaper alternative and are prepared to wait then do go for it.
I’m shook at the quality and the fact I wasn’t ripped off after all.

Watch strap ordered before Christmas as a present, within delivery time guarantee to arrive before Christmas as stated on their website, but it’s now 5th January and the watch strap has still not been delivered. I complained to Strapology who responded to advise me that would look into it, then I had an email confirmation of dispatch after I initiated communication, again after the Christmas period and a week later there is still no sign of the strap. I’ve requested a refund now. Poor service and bad communication. I’ve had no reassurance at all from the company and my partner has still not received his Christmas present!

Update- strap was eventually received, directly from China, and I was offered a second strap as a good will gesture, which came quickly. Straps are good quality. Just order ahead of time in case there are delivery delays!

The shipping times have definitely improved, we ordered first time on 2022 and they took a week to deliver but got it done with 4 days now. Thanks!

So the order arrived but one strap wasn't what I chose and the other was broken, HOWEVER, the customer service was great and they sent me replacement straps.

Delivery could be a little faster than 2 weeks though.

Order arrived on time and I am satisfied, wish the customer support was faster tho as many of my emails went unanswered for a while.

This is easy 5-stars from me! I have ordered two times and they have always delivered on time.. the product quality is surprising too as I am a consumer of such products for years so I can spot a bad one and Strapology is great! Thanks a lot.

I can’t say how impressed I am with Strapology, I placed an order with them which which the post office lost, not only did they send me a replacement but they gave my a second strap as an apology, both straps are really good quality, so I will definitely be buying from them again

I'm still waiting for my orders, it's been 10 days now. I have not received any response to my earlier emails regarding what is happening with the shipment. After 8 days, Laura from Strapology kindly sent an e-mail saying that they were sorry and the order would be renewed, but she suggested that I choose another product that was available immediately. IF I WANTED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT, I WOULD ORDER ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THE START.
No communication, very incompetent company. I'll see what he sends, because so far that's all they promise...
