Not the greatest quality and delivered really slowly, had I known this wasn’t a uk company being delivered from a product made in china.. I wouldn’t have purchased… misled via a .co uk website

Absolute garbage. Strap has started to pull away from one side so not secured. Happened in under 4 months. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Strap Upgrade
Bought a new strap for my Apple Watch Series 10 in orange and it looks amazing. Made from silicone it feels comfortable and looks great. Fits well too. Delivery was good and I was spoilt for choice on colours. I went for orange. As for the price, I personally think it was worth the money.

avoid the magnetic straps
Ordered 3 straps. The ones with buckles are good, but I ordered one with a magnetic strap - it was so poorly secured that it would loosen during exercise, and after having it on for one day, it flew off my wrist when I took my jumper off and my watch smashed, meaning I had to buy a new one.
Avoid the magnetic straps until they can improve their design.
They did, however, make a real personal effort to try and compensate, including offering me a full refund. Their customer service has been redeeming so I wouldn’t write the whole company off, just the one style.

Strap was chucked in box and sent on its way it had been shaking around in transit and scratched its self on the clasp which is clearly visible looks like I bought it second hand. Will not buy again from strapology

Short lived strap.
I’ve had the strap since October 2024, initially very satisfied with the appearance and comfort until recently when part of the edge came apart exposing the magnets which are in danger of falling out. Cannot wear it anymore.

These straps are useless
These straps are useless. I ordered a two colour one. The colours merged and spread into each other. The other strap was far shorter than advertised. When I contacted the company. The infamous Laura replied saying that this happens and they were better quality than Apple. Avoid at all costs these are cheap Chinese ones with poor quality and awful customer service

Upon receiving your straps, you expressed dissatisfaction, and we immediately offered a full refund or replacement. While the straps are not defective — the colour variation is part of the design, as stated on the product page — we still issued a prepaid return label as a goodwill gesture, which is not standard for non-defective items. The size discrepancy mentioned is within the margin of flexibility once the strap is attached and worn.
We take quality control and customer satisfaction seriously, and all our products are covered by a 12-month warranty. While we respect your opinion, your claim that we provide "cheap Chinese" products and "awful customer service" does not reflect the efforts we’ve made to assist you throughout this process.
We have invited you to return the items for a full refund and will process this promptly once the return is received.

this entire experience has been shocking customer service are useless don’t respond to a thing had 2 emails back throughout this entire duration 1 asking if I’d be happy with a 15 pound refund after being sent a strap with no instructions just the product and the band is all scratched and the other email was for me to adjust my review which conveniently has now disappeared after me telling lady named Laura I will not be removing it not happy at all want a response and a refund been more than kind and I’m over it been an ongoing thing for 2 weeks it’s beyond a joke should of went to Apple instead atleast they value there customers and I wouldn’t of waited basically 2 weeks!!! “titanium” mesh strap.
I bought a “titanium” mesh strap.
The metal wasn’t titanium but an alloy which was heavy and magnetic-not much titanium.
Initial quality and comfort are adequate but this is not a £50+ item. I won’t be buying from Strapolgy again

As we mentioned in our previous email communication, it's important to fasten the longer part of the strap over the shorter one — this ensures the magnet holds correctly and securely.

Awful service
Awful service - weeks and weeks waiting with constant excuses.
Complained and got a full refund and told to keep the strap when it arrived.
It eventually did and quality was poor - straight into the bin.
