I’ve been really happy with my order and the customer service has been top-notch

The piece is beautiful, good quality and works great. I ordered 2-Gang Solid Brass Toggle Switch + Outlet Combo - Black with Brass Accents; the colors are exactly what I expected, and it matches the rest of the accessories perfectly. I should mention that it takes a little while to arrive. I sent an email asking when I should expect it, and they replied the next day to let me know when the piece would arrive. I recommend both the product and the customer service.

Love my pieces! I ordered the unlacquered antique brass and the antique brass. I love both equally and can't decide which to go with! Once I do, I will be placing another order.

We are a design-build firm located in West Chester, PA, and we recently ordered switches and outlets for a whole first-floor remodel. John, who assisted us with the order, was extremely pleasant to work with. He reviewed the order with us to ensure we were getting all the components needed. The rotary switches and the brass outlets look fantastic and really elevate the feel of the space. We already received many compliments on them, and we feel that they take this remodel to another level.

Beautiful product not worth the near fraudulent customer service and management.

I ordered (1) switch plate on 8/15/26. The website and receipt claimed shipping was 3-7 days. While I thought that was ambitious, I was hopeful. When I didn’t receive a confirmation it had shipped I sent an email to customer service (only way to reach them) on 8/27 I querying about my order. I received an explanation back that I chose a special finish and it had to be handmade so it was delayed … I was told :

“Straight answer: no, it hasn't shipped, and I'm sorry. Your pieces are in Unlacquered Antique Brass, which is the one finish we don't hold in stock. Each one is hand brushed then oxidized individually, and that process can't be compressed without ruining the result. On top of that we've had a sharp spike in demand, and since everything is finished by hand with a small team, production has run well beyond the window stated on our site. Realistically your order ships in early September.” “On timing: if it ships in the first week of September, delivery to Washington State typically runs 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. So you'd be looking at somewhere in the second week of the month”. On 9/14 when we did not receive a confirmation or product I inquiries again to only receive another excuse : “ Straight answer: order ST1500Z has not shipped yet. It is in production, and the piece is in Unlacquered Antique Brass, which is hand brushed and then oxidised individually, so that step can't be compressed. On top of that we've had a sharp spike in demand these past weeks, with a small team finishing everything by hand.

Based on where the workshop sits today, I'm expecting it to ship the week of September 21, then 3 to 7 business days” I asked if I changed to an in stock item if it could ship immediately and this was the reply: “ I hope you're doing well, and I'm sorry: there is no tracking number yet because the order hasn't shipped. The early September window I gave you didn't hold, the unlacquered pieces are still in the workshop, and the 15th isn't achievable. I should have told you that before you had to ask.

Your second idea is the right one. Satin Brass is a lacquered finish we hold in stock, so the plate leaves within a few business days instead of waiting on the unlacquered run, then 3 to 7 business days”. So we changed our order to an in Stock Item. On 9/22 I inquired again for tracking number of or shipment to then receive “ You're right to be angry, and I owe you a straight answer rather than an excuse. Order ST1500Z has not shipped. Your message of 15 September asking for Satin Brass went unanswered for a week, and I can't tell you why: this order has simply fallen through the cracks on our side, twice, and that shouldn't happen to anyone. I'm sorry.” I was assured it would immediately go out to us.

On 9/23 after inquiring AGAIN for tracking we actually received this reply:

“ I owe you bad news, and I'd rather give it to you straight. We have no trace of your parcel: the carrier can't locate it. It's very rare, but unfortunately it can happen, and I'm sorry it happened on an order that had already taken far too long.
So here are your two options, and either is fine with me. if. You're willing to wait: I have your 2 gang Retro Toggle in Satin Brass made again as a priority, at our cost. It would leave the workshop next week and reach (you)the week of October 5, with the tracking sent to you as soon as it's scanned.” You can imagine what I’m thinking at this point, but I have now lost almost 2 months waiting for this item. So I simply stated it was the last chance and if I didn’t receive a confirmation of shipment via tracking by end of week I would simply contact my credit card company and report the order as fraudulent. We really could not continue with the silly non professional potential fraud communication. Guess what…. This was Studio Timeless reply to their terrible (or fraudulent ) efforts:

“Your order has been canceled
Order # (xxxxxxx) was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.”

PAY MORE - AND JUST ORDER FROM REJUVENATION - this “company” is either extremely inept or fraudulent scammers. so mad I let it go on so long - I can’t get back my time.

Love the 3 way brass switches!

When switching switches out I hooked up a wire incorrectly and 3 way switch didn’t work correctly. Contacted customer service and explained the problem with wiring pictures. They helped me identify wire which was incorrectly connected by us and with there help fixed the problem in 20 minutes start to finish. Their products have so much character and lasting value but their customer service in this day and age is unmatched!

Agree with the other people here. The product is super beautiful and high quality. Had a similar situation as another where it took quite a while to receive the product. Received an email saying it was not a product they had in stock and had to source it. All good, as we got it and it’s beautiful. Once this company nails down notifications and messaging they’ll be golden

Great and beautiful product, quality is very high, I installed a few of these switches and plugs and it looks awesome, I had a question and customer service was great to deal with, I’ll recommend them in a definitely continue to be a customer in the future.

The product is beautiful and looks great installed in my home. I had questions about my shipping status and they replied to me with an update pretty quickly. They were also helpful when I realized I had ordered the wrong device!

FIRST AND FOREMOST:
The 3-gang dimmer switch plate we got is absolutely beautiful.

F'REAL:
The antique brass patina, the meticulous craftsmanship of the knurled dimmers, the feel of it are all excellent.

THAT SAID:
They have some work to do around communication and customer service.

IT WAS A LITTLE UNFORTUNATE:
Up front, I got lots of attention from their very human chat rep. They answered questions, clarified some details, and even offered up a little buy-now discount.

BUT THEN:
Past the time when we should have received it they went quiet. No response to emails. No reps online. It made me anxious and very concerned. It's a premium product at a premium price, and I expected premium service.

SO:
I started expressing myself in clearly dissatisfied terms (understatement) and someone appeared, reassured me that the product was ready to ship, and sent an image of a package with my name on it. It arrived soon thereafter.

ULTIMATELY:
We're delighted with the thing, and the unfortunate bumps are forgotten in the hazy delight of using it.
