£63 worth of absolute crap, when they finally arrived that is, please people don't buy from here. This is another sneaky Chinese company hiding under an English name, they don't use their own language because if they did none of us would buy from them

Do not order from this company. They are not UK based and do not forfill their website promises. Have asked for a full refund but many emails later this has not been resolved.

I bought a pair of slippers from this website for £25.99. the website says free returns and refund if shoes don’t fit. when I tried to return the slippers for a refund I encountered difficulties. 1st they offered 20% and keep the item, then 40% and keep the item, then £13.25 and keep the item, then £17.67 providing that I damage the item and email them photos of the damaged item. At this point as I had paid using paypal I opened a claim through them and informed Stunahome accordingly, they then said “ considering your insistence on a full refund we agree to your request”,again only if I completely damaged the item and emailed photos ( they even included a photo of how to totally damage the item!). I finally received a refund through paypal I don’t think companies should be allowed to trade like this, other people may not persist in refusing every offer until they get a full refund and therefore lose money. the “free returns and refund “ on the website is blatantly false .This company needs looking into.

Stunahome is a Chinese company operating in the UK, and I believe they are defrauding customers.

I ordered a pair of work shoes in size 39, but I received an oversized, poor-quality pair in size 40 instead. I contacted their support team within the 30-day return window to request a refund. A representative named "Jill" (likely not a real name) responded, saying they would incur a loss if they issued a full refund. They initially offered a 20% refund, which I declined. They later increased the offer to 40%, which I also declined due to the wrong size and poor quality of the product.

I then opened a case with PayPal’s Resolution Centre. After that, "Jill" sent me a return QR code for an address in Sheffield, UK. However, Stunahome submitted a different return address in China to PayPal and claimed I had returned the item to the wrong location. As a result, PayPal closed the case in their favour.

I have since appealed and escalated the issue, requesting an investigation into this company's fraudulent practices. If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to leave a review or comment. I’m working to ensure that others are not scammed in the same way and that action is taken against this company in the UK.

I ordered 5pairs of shoes from here.they took ages to arrive. 2pairs were great. But the other 3 pairs didn’t fit. I contacted them for a refund saying the shoes were too small. They offered me a discount credit into my account to buy more from them. And keep the shoes, I explained can’t keep shoes as donot fit. They offered higher discount to keep them, again I explained can’t keep as too small. So after sending 10+ photos of the shoes being too small on my feet they finally agreed a refund. Yes I had to actually send pictures from all angles of the shoes not fitting my feet and of the shoes not being worn at all. Perhaps they thought I was lying So after more than 2 months my money is finally being refunded. Their returns policy and process is appalling I think they hope you give up on a refund

Cheap and nasty so called orthopedic shoes extra wide. Awful quality. Returns labels sent for a Sheffield address though I doubt very much the customer services are based in the UK. Abrupt and copy and paste at it's worst. Had that awful feeling when I clicked pay and wish I'd read reviews here first.

I so wish I had looked at the reviews on here before I helped my elderly mum choose some shoes. They took ages to arrive, not boxed. Since when do new shoes arrive just in a plastic bag all squashed up together? None of them fit, but aside from that they look so cheap and almost certainly not an animal hide has been used in their manufacture. I now see that I’m starting the ‘negotiations’ to get a refund. 20% ‘compensation’ offered. What is that? Refund policy does not mention that I should expect to negotiate a refund. I’d rate them minus 5. I’m not one to give up on getting my Mum her money back. Luckily we paid using her credit card so I may have to go down this avenue and they can chase them down.

Poor quality Chinese cheap plastic shoes..certainly NOT leather! Trades description??? If you really want to buy shoes like this then best buy cheaper from Temu or SHEIN. Do not think that you are buying from a reputable British company.

Sent wrong size. Wouldn't refund offered 38% off if kept. Declined and asked for refund. Wouldn't give refund offered a replacement pair and to keep what I'd got. Takes 3wks to arrive by the way. Quality is CHEAP TAT! Advertised at £50 with a sale price of £25. Expected leather at that price. Worth about £2.50. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolute garbage from this company. Bought some wide fitting shoes for our mum , size 8.5 in apricot , looked great and advertised as a shoe that could be opened up and adjusted for swollen feet. The thinnest canvass mens shoes arrived in a horrid beige with a tiny closed footbed that wouldn’t fit Cinderella , and no chance of returning as return address in outer space . On the plus side they were clean and well packed but absolutely no one living at the home with our mum thought they were fit for purpose and no one wanted a brand new pair of them for free . Straight in the bin .

The shoes were too small. I asked to return them and they offered 20% refund. I complained, they offered a bit more. eventually when I threatened trading standards they said either damage the goods, then they would give a refund or accept about 60% refund. Nobody should operate like this. Don't touch them with a barge pole

Addendum - they've replied that they off 100% refund policy..do they heck.. I've sent at least 30 emails .. im fighting with paypal now because that's the only way you will get any reimbursement.. dont listen to these responses as they are without doubt scammers and LIARS

Please, please DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy from this scam site. They send fake copies with the left shoe and completely different soze to the right shoe and blame YOU. I'm trying very hard to get a refund. The customer service is shocking. You've been warned.

Bought some orthopaedic sandals from Shia company last month
I have only used them a couple of times and they have snapped in the middle
Very poor quality and despite sending photos and order details and around 10 emails sent they have still not offered me a refund or even a replacement

I had to give this cowboy company a one star just to comment. They don’t even deserve that. Do NOT purchase from this company. The pictures of their footwear look great but when i received my leather clogs i was absolutely fuming at the quality of these. I contacted the company that keep saying to send pics of the said footwear so they can decide what they “propose” to do. AVOID this company like the plague

I bought these boots and was really disappointed. The sole started rubbing off just from walking, and within 2 months, water began seeping in—right in the middle of heavy winter rain. Totally useless.

I also found out they don’t allow refunds. Instead, I was only offered a small percentage of the original price and told to keep the damaged boots.

On top of that, delivery took ages, and the sizing was completely off.

Save your money. I wouldn’t recommend this product or the company.

Purchased some shoes, not a patch on the photo on site, after 20days I took the arrival,,, very disappointed, quality… very poor,,, nothing like the description

Here goes… messaged the company… offered me to keep them and a 38% compensation???
Compensation I replied! No a full refund is needed under my rights… still messaging them but I will not settle for as they put it compensation…

My advice is…Stay away from this company… shop in the UK…

The shoes i orderd did not meet the discription, by a long shot and are not the right size, I am trying to return them unworn but the customer services is the most enoying and frustrating experiance I have had so far. do not go to this company Its based in China and from my experiance they lie in the adverts.

Absolute frauds seeing shoes that looking nothing like what they did in the phot, rips in them and about 3 sizes too small. Currently having an email battle trying to get my full refund rather than 40% or a new pair of shoes 😂

Would award 0 if the option was available. Total con store, avoid at all costs. Ordered leather boots from their stock photo. Boots arrived in a plastic bag & I actually burst out laughing at the shocking quality of the plastic joke boots they sent. The fumes from the material & glue were overpowering. I get lots of spam from this company but can’t find an order number via email. I have contacted customer services via email so time will tell if I get a reply, return address & full refund.

Their refund policy is a lie. They try and offer you 20 and 40% refunds if you ask for a returns label. I am still yet to get a refund of any sort. And now they have stopped replying to my emails.
