Absolutely disgusting company thieves if you ask me
The shoes are cheap.and nasty
I have asked for a full refund for the shoes which are untouched. I have had to enter into a negotiation for a refund the lastest is I have to destroy the shoes and once damaged send photos for a full refund
I want my money back I will be going to trading standards
If inwanted temu quality I would gone to temp I was expecting a high quality product from the advert.
The negotiation has been going for about a week

May I just say one more time give me my money back

I wish I could give zero stars!

I ordered a pair of shoes on the strength of the advert saying they had great built in arch support. I was then dismayed to see that they were being shipped from China, something not mentioned on their website. So, 10 days after placing my order the shoes finally arrived, no box, just in a plastic bag. This again set alarm bells ringing. On opening the bag I examined the shoes only to find that there is absolutely no inbuilt arch support, indeed, probably less support than in any shoes I've ever bought.

My advice, avoid this company like the plague, they are total scammers!

Terrible

Terrible, do not buy from them! They don’t offer full refund, offered 20% refund and told me to keep the shoes that didn’t fit!!! Still sending emails back and forth to try and get a full refund and asking for a return code to send them back! How ridiculous

Surprisingly good customer service

I purchased a pair of safety trainers size 9 but were way too small. Contacted the company and made a couple of offers before arranging replacement. They emailed me the bar code post label and sent new trainers size 11.all done in less than a week. Definitely done better than a lot of companies closer to home.

They do NOT offer 100% refund

Please please do not believe what they say in their replies about offering 100% refund. THEY DO NOT DO THIS. I asked and was offered 20% followed by 40%. They refused to answer my question as to why they refused to give 100% refund. I had no response. I am angry to read their replies saying they do offer 100% refund when they clearly do not.

Like many other people I wish I had…

Like many other people I wish I had done my homework. Shoes arrived - very poor quality and uncomfortable. Tried to get a refund and was offered 20% of value which was gradually increased to 50%, or damage the shoes for a full refund. I thought they were a UK company. Learnt the hard way. Let’s see if the 50% refund is forthcoming. 😤

Misleading Returns Policy and Unethical Refund Practices

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Stunahome and feel compelled to warn other potential customers.

After receiving an unsuitable product, I requested a return and full refund in accordance with Stunahome’s own published returns policy - which clearly states that unused items may be returned for a full refund within a specified timeframe. I contacted them well within this period, provided photographs of the completely unworn product, and explained that it was not appropriate for the medical needs of the intended recipient.

Rather than honour their stated policy, I was met with a bizarre, drawn-out, and time-consuming series of emails offering only partial refunds (20%, then 40%, then £23.73) - all contingent on me keeping the product. I made it clear that I did not wish to keep or gift the item and simply wanted to return it in good faith.

What followed was frankly disturbing. I was informed that a full refund could only be issued if I first damaged the product, submitted photographic proof of the destruction, and then awaited their approval. This practice is highly questionable - ethically, legally, and environmentally. It appears to be a tactic designed to avoid accepting legitimate returns and clearly breaches both their own policy and UK consumer protection regulations.

To summarise:

To date, the company refused to provide a return address/label/agree to a full refund;

Repeatedly pressured me to accept a partial settlement;

And ultimately demanded intentional destruction of goods as a condition of refund.

These actions are deeply concerning, and I will now be formally escalating this matter to Trading Standards and my payment provider.

Adding to this, I have (now!) seen countless similar complaints on Trustpilot, all met with the same copy/paste generic replies from the company that resolve nothing and show no genuine effort to address the issues raised.

I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from Stunahome. Their after-sales process is obstructive, misleading, and completely lacking in integrity.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Cheap shoddily made shoes eventually arrived after about a month. Didn't fit and looked awful so asked for return details. It took numerous emails and threats of legal action to eventually get return codes. All this took about a month or longer and I was told to physically destroy the shoes and send them photos. All very strange and a strange way to do business. Kept getting emails offering me a percentage of the cost but persevered and got legal advice before they eventually agreed and sent return codes. Steer clear of this company as not worth the hassle or effort. Now I get constant emails from marketing despite asking them to stop and blocking and unsubscribing. Shouldn't be allowed to be in business and would give no stars if I could.

Not a happy customer

I did not read the review before ordering. It been a week today and I not received my track number and I did receive comformantion on my order. I not a happy customer and I start to fill with all these review I read you stole my money and I never received my item that I order. If this does not get sorted today I will report it to my bank and to the ombudsman and if I have to i take it further.

This is a scam of a company. So sorry I didn’t read reviews before hand. Initially I thought they were UK based then realised it was from china after payment taken. Sandals were too big and the paper covering the rhinestones was actually stuck to the glue!! Horrendous customer service with obviously a Chinese person replying but signing off with an English name. Offered me 20%, then offered me 60% and said I could use the money to buy something else on their website - not a chance or said I could destroy the sandals take pics to show them and they would give a full refund!!!! Like seriously!! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY 😡😤🤯

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before hand.
I ordered 2 of the same shoes but different sizes. Neither worked for me. Recently requested a refund but they offered 20% then 40% compensation and to keep the 2 shoes I cannot wear!!!.
Reminded them of their returns policy and still waiting (I'm on day 3) for my returns label and full refund.

UPDATE 24th July: full refund received EVENTUALLY

Scammers don’t buy. Poor quality and a hell to return

Shoes came, funny size. Cheap quality. After contacting “per policy”for return~reasoning the size, we got told that they’re regular size etc but will get 20% return. After arguing that that we just want to return them as we don’t like m, we got offered 40%… I just had enough and answered again,( adding of their policy) that in entitled to return an item for whatever I want and not need to argue to resting them… after I finally got them to reply like pls be patient you can return… after waiting another few days, I embarked again to finally get a return label… after nearly 2 weeks after returning then, and still haven’t heard of them, I contacted again, and got replied “oh, sorry for the inconvenience. We initiated a refund”… this is a game I played for a month. A legit scam!! Fight them, don’t let m get away with your money. See like they provide rubbish stuff and get away 80% of the time with not refunding ppl as ppl give up or think there’s nothing to do about it etc

Does not match the description of being orthopaedic foot ware. There is no arch support at all. Very cheaply made and smells like a glue.

They are the worst company on earth

They are the worst company on earth. I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this crap company and it took ages to receive my order. Upon receiving my order, one pair was small even though I ordered my size but it was too small so I need 2 bigger sizes to fit my feet properly. I spoke to the customer service team and asked for exchange, they offered me the most stupid offer which was keeping the small pair of shoes and they will refund me 20% off the price 😡😡I told them I will not use it why would I keep it????!!!!
I need my size and I will send you the first one. They said okay send yours and then we will send you your size. I directly sent them the small ones and till now as it’s been more than 10 days and no response or no more order to be sent. AVOIIIIDDDD THIS COMPANY, they are SCAMMERS

They refused to take the sandals…

They refused to take the sandals back,£31 paid for orthopaedic sandals and I could not walk in them.Cheap plastic uppers,cheap plastic and Cork soles,Temu were selling them for £5.They are thieves all of them.
