Wore shoes ONCE and sole came off. They offered 20% refund and said I could keep the shoes. As if I want to walk around in a pair of shoes with the sole flapping off. Also said I was out of time, only had the shoes 20 days.

Falsely advertised

I believe their advertising is false. I ordered the orthopaedic sneakers sienna which are advertised for people with arthritis and plantar fasciitis but they are cheaply made with no support whatsoever for people with foot conditions. They are suitable for people without foot conditions and should not say otherwise.

ADVICE - STEER WELL CLEAR

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Despite the shoes appearing appropriate for my wife’s swollen feet due to oedema, on trying one of them on they came nowhere fitting, so she didn’t even attempt the other one on. I immediately sent a message to customer services, who informed me that as they sent the advertised size that we’d ordered, they would not offer a refund. When I sent another message saying that this was unsatisfactory, they started by offering a discount against further purchases, then a small totally unacceptable refund. As I believe their sales policy to be against UK standards, I am deciding whether to take further action, or just throw them in the rubbish bin.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! They advertise free returns but do not honor that. Instead, they offer a partial refund, and to get a full refund, they expect you to destroy the shoes and send them photo proof — a completely wasteful and non-environmentally friendly option. I was hesitant to destroy the shoes because I didn’t trust what they'd say next — probably that I’m no longer eligible for a refund because they’re destroyed! Poor customer service and deceptive return policies. Stay away.

Most incompetent company that I have…

Most incompetent company that I have ever met. Cannot get a refund for shoes that do not fit. Backwards and forwards with options to return the shoes. Still no full refund. Will be donating the shoes to a charity. Don't waste your time ordering from them.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. I used one other one I’m trying to refund it but they offered me 40% of money and rip the shoes. I refuse it and submit a claim through PayPal. PayPal gives me 100% money back.
They always send personal emails don’t accept they’re doggy offers
Uk should Banned them
Don’t buy anything from them

I wouldn't buy from this company as…

I wouldn't buy from this company as they try anything to not pay a refund for shoes which aren't suitable for my foot condition. In addition they are offering me only a small percentage back. They won't give me all my refund! Plus they've told me to rip the safety shoes so can return them. I've asked for the return address. None has been provided. No refund is on it's way. My advice don't buy from this Chinese company.
Also the shoes aren't comfortable nore are they slip proof! I was originally offered a low percentage refund. This was then increased but I could keep the shoes (even though they weren't any use)
I was later told to damage them. No idea why they wanted me to damage the shoes. As then I wouldn't be able to return them. I queried why they wanted me to damage them. Didn't get an answer. Then they agreed to pay me a full refund. I'd say it felt like they were playing a game. The shoes slipped all the time and there was no grip, just slipping all the time.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this scam company.
Not genuine- items received are poorly made and of plastic. Items falling apart and size is not true. A big scam taking people’s hard working money.
I am patiently waiting to hear back from the company and reading the reviews I know that it will be a battle to get my money back. I will not stop though until I receive every penny of mine!!
Should be ashamed of yourselves for conning customers.

Very small, difficult to get refund.

I bought a pair of white ankle boots size 8.5 uk. They were so small I couldn’t even get them on. The whole boot was very small, narrow heel and sole, no width or length related to size ordered.
Applied for a return label and sent photos x 4 as requested. Offered 20% refund and keep boots, declined, then offered 40%, declined as I don’t want them and struggling to get full refund. Unhelpful . Sizing definitely not corresponding with UK or EU .

Great communication and delivery

I was apprehensive after reading the reviews, however the communication was excellent and my package arrived just 3 days after ordering.

I would say the boots were not worth the money, but the quality is good.

Product Misrepresentation

Website says the sandals have leather uppers - Oh no they don't! Definitely plastic. They took 2 weeks to arrive and I'm disappointed with them. Everything I have subsequently read suggests it's a waste of time trying to return them and get your money back. Wish I had checked this company out before I purchased.

CRAP QUALITY

Ordered 2x pairs shoes size 10 and half, one pair were for 2x left feet and both pairs were just about size 10. The shoes were supposed to be Orthopedic,arch support and breathable, instead they were made of some type of plastic, wrinkled to touch, no arch support and the inner foot liner made of compacted plastic. As per previous reviews I have had the first offer of 30% refund and to keep the useless crap made shoes, no doubt the second offer will be higher and then I will be told to destroy them etc etc. When it gets to a 60% refund I will accept, take a financial loss as there is no way they will let them be returned to China. AVOID THIS COMPANY AS CUSTOMER'SERVICES IS RUN BY COMPUTER PROGRAMS AND NOT REAL PEOPLE.

I managed to get 60% back a couple of days ago. The reply to my review by Stunahome Is one of a couple of 'bog standard' replies they use and there is no way they will want the goods returned to China. This Company is a disgrace. 2x left shoes thrown in rubbish bin and the other undersized crap pair placed in a charity bin. If you want decent trading standard rights stay away from buying from China.

THE PICTURE SHOWED A LOVELY PAIR OF QUALITY SHOES, WHAT I RECEIVED WAS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND LOOKED LIKE SOMEBODY MADE THEM IN A SHED IN THE DESERT. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANYTHING FROM THIS CROUD OF CROOKS.

Great products at affordable prices

The latest boots are the third product I have bought from Stunahome. They are great and comfortable. For the money and the distance from factory to me, it is perfectly acceptable. My husband rates his boots as one of his best buys.
Footwear fits true to size.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would! I wish that before buying 3 pairs of 'orthopaedic shoes' (2 pairs trainers,1 pair sandals) that I had seen the reviews on here. I have plantar fasciitis, hypermobility, and arthritis in my feet. I bought all these shoes in good faith as I can be in a lot of pain with my feet. However, these are NOT orthopaedic shoes. One pair of trainers are so flimsy it does not support my feet whatsoever, if anything my feet are more unstable wearing these trainers. The other pair of trainer have a plastic sole, and the inner sole Is rock hard, causing more pain when wearing them. The sandals are OK, cheaply made, I definitely could have got better elsewhere for my money. I am so gutted to have been mislead into thinking this was a trustworthy site, do not waste your money like I have!!

I have sent the shoes back after weeks and weeks of them trying to make keep them they claim they have not yet received them I’m down 180£ that the bank is charging back don’t bother with them use the bank the asked me to destroy the shoes and send them proof if I want my money back .

I got caught napping!

I was nodding off to sleep almost, when I spotted some nice looking suede boots on this companies website. I picked two colours army green and burgundy and through PayPal used my credit card. A discount of £10 was also included in the purchase. When I woke up the next morning I realised I hadreceived the confirmation email but five days later the company had me down as still waiting to be shipped. So I went to trust pilot, which I should’ve done initially before making a purchase and saw they had some of the worst reviews ever. I sent an email to the company and told them that I had read some of the worst reviews I’ve ever read in my life and I want my money back on my card within 24 hours. Actually took 120 hours. Reading many other reviews this was an excellent turnaround time to get my Money/credit returned back to my card.
This is the reason I’m giving them four stars because they didn’t mess me about for weeks on end. If anybody knows what they’re doing at the helm they seriously need to give the whole company a major shakeup. I feel the pain of all of those who have lost Money or been stuck with substandard products.
