DONT BUY!! Received 2 out of 3 of the items I ordered and they expected me to return at my own cost. For a mistake the warehouse made. Refused to send the missing item without me returning the order!!
Terrible customer service - BEWARE!!

1 star is a push😂 Ordered a playsuit from them and took it to a festival a few weeks later but didn’t realise the zip was broken so I emailed them (which they ignored). Couple days later they finally sent their return policy which was 14 days, which I understood I was pass but the dress still had the tag on, it was unworn and I was asking to just exchange for the same as I know sometimes this can happen so I wasnt being unreasonable. They just replied telling me the exact same thing, we was going back and forth and now they’re ignoring me😂 STAY AWAY they are SO rude

AVIOD PLEASE If I could put minus I would what a terrible terrible company. I ordered 5 items for my daughter but 3 didn’t fit so sent them back via Royal Mail tracked and signed for but the company claiming they didn’t receive them back even though I have the delivery and signed for buy a member of staff. The company are determined to say they haven’t received the items when clearly they have and the customer service is appalling they don’t get back to you and you have to badger them constantly so I’ve given up but please avoid this company it’s just not worth the hassle and you are throwing your money away.

If I could put minus 100 stars I would! Without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever ordered from! So angry with myself for not reading reviews.. ordered coat returned as was to small was considering ordering next size up when I got my refund back but after being ignored for a while get a email stating I returned coat in a bad state saying there was oil and white marks on the coat and that it smelled 🤯.. biggest load of bull and they know it!!!
Im not the first customer they have done this to, and from reading trust pilot I’m surprised they are still going… probably because they scam people and lie about the conditions of items returned so they don’t have to refund! If you are a mum like me and on maternity leave and want to treat yourself do NOT do it through this company!

Coat was sent without fur attachment for the hood, granted this was rectified after a few attempts of getting in contact and having to chase this up.
However, the hood isn’t designed correctly and once the fur on, the hood drops forward and covers your eyes! It’s too big and not fit for purpose (plus one of the buttons to attach the hood was missing).
After 3/4 wears, there’s a hole in the pocket due to poor quality stitching. The company are unwilling to do anything about this since it’s gone over the 14 days… I don’t think the fault was aware that it needed to present itself within 2 weeks.
Can’t even be bothered to argue with them - once again, got caught slipping with a cheap, knock-up company and should’ve checked the reviews beforehand. Note to self!

Ordered a beautiful jumper Monday , then came and read reviews on here, I wasn’t holding out much hope! Then today my jumper arrived reduced from £80 to £20 and it’s honestly beautiful, I’d of been happy paying more. Ignore the bad reviews and see for yourself

Not surprising that this company is actually listed now as dissolved however still selling stock.
Purchased a coat for my daughter for Christmas.
She wore it 13 times and the stitching came undone.
They refused a refund or replacement even though the coat was faulty under the consumer rights act.

Wish I had checked reviews before ordering! Begrudgingly have to give 1 star as it doesn’t allow 0.

Ordered a coat and after 3 weeks I noticed the elastic had broke at fur hood so hung down and looked ridiculous. I got “you only have 2 weeks to return” when I contacted customer service which I knew was rubbish as it was faulty and the consumer is protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Luckily I had used PayPal and raised a claim through them. I got my refund back through PayPal today since this company could not ignore them and clearly thought I would accept what they said and not know my rights

If you do purchase anything then use a credit card or PayPal as they will give you incorrect information for faulty goods.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, as if something goes wrong, that’s when their awful customer service and lies come about and then they ignore you!

After reading the reviews I was worried. BUT the coat came the next day!
It looks amazing!

With so many bad reviews about this company having the products back and not refunding, I'm wondering how they still have a business. Whoever responds to the emails is very ironic and sarcastic. Complain was that they sell very similar coats to a Canada brand and when searching for that brand, their site comes along. People gets under the impression that's the brand. Response was very sarcastic instead of informative.

Stay away from this company, they don't refund you and you can only contact them via email. A very shady company if you ask me. I'm now out of pocket.

I'd give no stars if I could. Unbelievably poor customer service. I returned a coat, it was delivered 2 units away on an industrial estate. The company it got delivered to can see StyledUp from their window yet Styledup "do not know this address" and want me to repost. The lovely helpful lady at the other company has agreed to drop it across for me as they are refusing to go and get it. Apparently they are too busy. Meanwhile I'm trying to teach full time and having to make calls to random companies in Newcastle to beg for a bit of humanity. Absolutely ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered a red extra large coat in red was sent small black one tried many times to contact with no response so am stuck with a coat that doesn’t fit and £90 out of pocket avoid this company

Avoid. I ordered a dress in the sale. I tried it on briefly and put it in the wardrobe. Went to wear it for my night out but noticed in the mirror the stitching was all undone under the arm pit so I had to quickly get changed. It was definitely not checked over before sending out. I messaged them and told them along with pictures of the awful sewing job. Apparently I was "lieing".... I was offered a £2 refund which is absolute jokes. I paid £20 for it. They clearly don't care about their customers. I most certainly won't be purchasing anything again. On closer inspection you can see the shoody workmanship throughout the dress and frayed bits of material. Save your money and by something better....buy cheap, buy twice, so they say. Styledup can keep the £2 refund and put it towards a new sewing machine.

I have read all reviews and my experience is the exact same as theirs . I did not recieve goods have been given no refund . Surely there is something that can be done about this as they are literally robbing us blind!!

Shopped from there twice now and bought two different coats, they’re gorgeous! The first time I ordered I was a bit scared seeing these reviews but I got my delivery fast both times, never had an issue and quick and a good quality

Shocking customer service. I don’t often leave negative reviews but on this occasion, I will, I don’t want anyone else to have the situation I’ve had.
I wouldn’t even give them one star, I’ve had to chase them for a refund from December, for FAULTY GOODS, which I now have, however, I paid £9 for tracked delivery, as THEY requested, and was assured I would be refunded in full.
I wasn’t, they are refusing to refund the postage cost, despite me sending the regulations taken from Resolver as follows; ‘you are not expected to pay for return postage if the goods are faulty’
They have now cut contact with me, stating ‘this will be the final resolution of this’ so I’ve been ‘dismissed’ with no respect at all.
I wish I’d read the reviews on all the review forums before purchasing and I wouldn’t have used them at all.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Please do not use these conmen ! they sell stuff that doesn't fit and when you return at your expense they will not refund you/ talk to you, no telephone number

I wouldn’t even rate it a 1. Still now I’m waiting on my refund . I purchased a coat on the 25th January, returned it back on the 28th, I recorded delivery so it was signed for at the other end on the 30th January they signed for my return and still now NO REFUND. I sent several emails and still no one has not responded to any of my emails up to this day now. I have had to take the process of escalating this with my bank in order to get my refund back.
Worst website ever , worst customer service I have ever received.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to order from this website especially if you are returning items .
