I purchased a long coat for my wife for Christmas from Styled Up.
I received an acknowledgement of order email by return but then didn't hear anything for about 10 days.
I started to look at reviews after 7 days and became very worried.
Fearing that I'd been scammed I purchased a back up from Next. Then low and behold I received another email advising it was on it's way.
It duly arrived just in time for Christmas and my wife was delighted with it, the Next one she returned, sorry Next.
I felt I should share my experience. For the coat I purchased we would give 5 stars, but the communication and slow delivery has to forfeit a star.

I purchased 2 "Black Puffer Jacket" from Styledup for my daughers just before Christmas, the zip has fallen off on both jackets, leaving my daughters without a coat during this cold weather. Clearly this is a very poor quality jacket with a design flaw in the zip. Styledup not interested, the claim you have absolutely no rights for replacement or refund after 14 days. A terrible company, please don't use them.

Ordered a coat for Xmas and realised ordered incorrect coat for granddaughter. Simple process for returns and all resolved with return payment quickly and efficiently.

One item was as described, however the other was a size Medium, but I ordered a small. They altered the swing ticket and fabric label with black pen(!) to change the written size from small to medium but it was very obviously done and the item is bigger than the same item I already have in a small. The pen they've used has also stained the item.

I wish they had been honest about the stock rather than trying to send me the wrong size to cover it up. Very dishonest and now I'm afraid to return it as it seems nobody is getting their returns money so will have to have the item altered at my own cost. Avoid!

I returned a gilet around a year ago as it was to big, asking for a refund. I never heard from this company again. No response to any form of communication. How could they improve - close the business! Do they receive returns and sell them on? Still waiting.........

Clothes very poor quality, don’t bother wasting your money! Customer service team fob you off and take weeks to respond to emails. No free returns and overall a very poor experience.

In a nutshell …. If you return ANYTHING to this bunch of scammers , you’ll NEVER get your refund . They lie , they ignore , they fob off and they are STEALING your money .
Do not order from this bunch of robbers .
I know for a FACT they received my return WEEKS ago but they’re lying about it . They must be hard up as hell to be stealing a customer’s money like this ! AVOID !

Absolute con artists! Ordered a gilet and it arrived with a huge rip in the pocket, was told to return it, and I will get a full refund for the postage and a replacement item. The replacement gilet also broke within a few days, so again, I was told to return it. This time for a full refund and refund of the postage. WEEKS later I actually received my refund after having to contact them multiple times, but still no sign of the postage refund. Customer Service at first was great and they were communicating but as soon as they got my faulty item back, I was ignored and had to keep asking for my refund. I had to wait weeks for my refund of the item and now I’m still trying to fight to get my two postage payments back! Messages being ignored and them just saying “we’ve refunded your item”.

AWFUL company. AVOID at all costs

Scam company. Took my money, sent wrong item. Had to return at my own expense and haven’t received the original item I ordered, nor a refund.
Customer service is non existent and they haven’t replied to the last 4 emails I have sent.

Avoid at all costs. If I could give a zero I would. My daughter ordered 2 coats , they were poor quality so returned both together at cost to us. Still waiting for refund months later, no communication.I’d say thank god for shopping through PayPal but we are currently in dispute with them because we sent both coats together so only have tracking for one coat. Styled up are pure thieves. We have proof of return and yet still they deny it

Messaged styled up to see what the coat looked like in real life and got back to me straight away to show me and the coat was lush, ordered yesterday at 4pm came this morning at 11am, friendly customer service and messaged back fast on instagram, 100% recommend 🫶🏽

If there was a page to say minus. It would be minus -5 out of 'minus 5. Customer Service not there don't waste your money on this website. Still waiting for refund still 2021.

Pitiful customer experience. Queried how to get a replacement for an item of clothing which broke/failed after just 4 months, and was essentially told that the fault lay with the handling of the item, rather than the possibility that it was not capable of withstanding regular wear and tear. No offer of refund, replacement or assistance of any kind. Took 2 weeks & several emails to get a reply. Thoroughly unimpressed.

I returned an item which was too big for me. It was returned unused and within the 14 days. I only received a partial refund and despite many attempts to contact them via email no one has come back to me to explain why this was nor have I received the remainder of my money. I will not be buying from this company again.

Don't buy from this company. Been over 6 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. I even sent the jackets back at my own expense. They don't bother replying to your emails either. Wish I had read all the reviews first. I have issued a chargeback with my bank. If you buy from them keep proof of purchase and get a chargeback immediately from your bank or PayPal

Wish I'd have read the reviews first. Ordered online, arrived promptly but I have no idea what sort of freak would fit in these clothes. A 2 piece set which would have one half for a hobbit and the other for the BFG. Returned item after a couple of days, tried communicating without success and even though signed for, no refund over a week after it was returned.

Bought a coat for my daughter for Christmas (£89), returned it and have been waiting for over 2 months for a response. There is contact number to call and they have been ignoring all of my numerous emails despite their website saying “full refund, no quibble as long as the item’s return in the condition received” which it was. Do not buy anything from this website.

Awful. Do not buy from this website. Purchased garment and returned as was bad fit and shoddily made. Fortunately got proof of posting. Totally ignored by Styledup. Emailed twice no response.I am the wrong person to scam though. If I do not get the refund I will instigate small claims court and then escalate to high Court Collection bailiffs.In the end they will pay far more than the refund. If you read this Styled up then get a grip and refund clients as this bad review cannot be good for business
