I ordered a body warmer from this company, which eventually came but was too big. I sent as a return following all instructions and had to pay for this. 2 months on and 5 emails later I have had no response or refund given back. They have no contact number only an email.
This company are extremely bad, I will NEVER buy off of them again.

Taken my money but no item. Really worried now reading all the feedback that I have just given them £60.
Not good. If no stock they should have said - they use DPD a courier I know very well they would not take 2 weeks to deliver, although tracking says not yet despatched?

This company is so unprofessional U have emailed them on numerous occasions yet still no reply .I have ordered a jacket in full payment made had a confirmation email but nothing since 17 Dec 21 this is absolutely dispicable customer service

If I could put -1 i would they do not reply to your emails I have placed a order and the still can't text you back

My daughter bought a jacket that was faulty, returns policy said no exchanges but I e-mailed to ask given that the jacket was faulty, did not even acknowledge my mail, shoddy products and shocking customer service, avoid

If I could select “zero stars” then I would’ve done. Do not order from this company. I returned two items over a month ago and still no refund. I have emailed and messaged on FB per the terms (eg to follow up after 10 days of sending) and been ignored. Will I ever get my refund?? No customer service. So unprofessional. So unfair to customers. You shouldn’t be allowed to be in business.

Returned an item 6 weeks ago and still haven't received a refund . I have emailed several times but had no response. This is a scam company . Shoppers Beware!!!

Wouldn’t even give this company one star to be honest but wouldn’t let me leave a review unless I left it a star. Ordered a coat paid for next day delivery 8pounds didn’t come till 3 days later was the wrong coat and 3 sizes to small sent them a message to be told they couldn’t even find my order sent it back the very next day cost me another 7 pounds to send back so I’m currently 80 pound outa pocket for a coat was never fit for purpose and I won’t get my postage back it’s been 4 weeks am still no refund avoid

Do not purchase from this site.. sent a item back on 17/08/2021 tracked and recorded .. still awaiting a refund! Never respond to emails even though the website says they will get back to you within 48hours! Absolute disgrace! Scammers

Disgrace do not buy from this site!
I bought a jacket at the start of March sent it back as it was wrong size, I’m still waiting on a refund! When you email them all the reply is thanks we will refund you soon.
