Oh any apparantly as my scooter is class 3 street legal I should have a v5c. With new owner details. Send it out or I'll be a trading standards issue. I know you can't ring me as you're blocked including emails too. Tired of your excuses. Send it I'll give you 4wks or legal proceedings my boy
Edit: nope just spoken to citizens advice and it's your responsibility to arrange the v5c for the new owner please be advised never buy from sunshine scooters as all you'll get is bull after the deliver as others have mentioned
Edit: scooter is red and a grey cowling speedo was put on it leaving it looking terrible. Someone is a privileged child with 2 shops and an attitude! No help was offered with the registration document, this is the 1st you've heard of it so please don't tell fibs

He has negative reviews removed, the replacement speedo you fitted with an extra 850 miles in the wrong colour has now failed. So either im doing 3mph or yet another faulty item provided by the notorious sunshine scooters. Buyer beware

We're genuinely sorry that you feel this way, as this isn't the experience we aim to provide.
Following your unfortunate medical emergency, which meant the scooter's batteries became deeply discharged, we replaced both batteries completely free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, despite this not normally being covered under warranty. We were happy to do this because we understood your circumstances.
When the speedometer developed a fault, we attended again under your comprehensive 12 month warranty. Our engineer initially attended expecting to replace the speed sensor, but after further diagnosis established that the dashboard itself was faulty.
At that point, we offered you two options:
- Fit the fully working dashboard we had with us immediately, which unfortunately had a different coloured surround, allowing you to continue using the scooter straight away; or
- Return the scooter to our workshop so we could fit the correct colour matched dashboard before returning it to you.
The replacement dashboard naturally displayed the mileage from the donor unit. This does not alter the scooter's true mileage, which remains fully documented from the date of purchase, and we would have been happy to record this for future reference if required.
You also mention being offered a turnaround of around a week if you preferred the colour matched repair. We don't believe this is an unreasonable timeframe for a warranty repair requiring replacement parts, but we appreciate it wasn't the option you wanted at the time.
We issued a second key the next day after our engineer visit. This was sent next day delivery free of charge.
Regarding the age of the scooter, it was sold exactly as supplied to us and identified on your invoice. We have never knowingly misrepresented its age.
Most importantly, after all of this, we even offered to take the scooter back and provide you with a full refund if you were unhappy with it. You chose not to accept that offer.
We always try to resolve issues fairly and go above and beyond where we can. While we're disappointed by your review, we remain willing to help should you wish to discuss the matter further.
Your review was removed by Trustpilot, not by us. Trustpilot determined that the review breached their terms, including the use of abusive language and information that was found to be false or misleading. We have no control over Trustpilot’s decision to remove reviews.

From a disappointing start to excellent customer service
I initially had a disappointing experience when I contacted customer support about an issue with my recently purchased power wheelchair. However, after raising my concerns, I was very impressed with how the company responded.
I spoke to Charlie, who took the time to listen, understand what had happened and make sure the matter was properly resolved. As a gesture of apology, they are also sending me an accessory for my chair, which is not an inexpensive item. I really appreciated this — it showed me that they genuinely wanted to put things right.
It’s easy to leave a negative review when something goes wrong, but I think good customer service deserves recognition too. Charlie handled the situation professionally and completely changed my impression of the company.
I’m very happy with the outcome and will definitely be shopping with them again. Thank you, Charlie, for turning a disappointing experience into a positive one.

Home demonstration of powerchairs easily arranged at a time of my choosing. Arrived on time and engineer clearly demonstration strengths and weaknesses (if any!) of three chairs and I was able to try them. At no time did I feel under any pressure to order [it always irritates me when salesmen say things like 'there's a special deal if you order today' etc].
I thought about it over the weekend and phoned in an order on the Monday. This was dealt with efficiently and professionally and my chair arrived two days later!
I was pleased to discover that a small alteration the engineer had suggested had been actioned although I hadn't mentioned it when ordering.
The Pride Jazzy is very comfortable and will be ideal for outside use. Not quite so manoeuvrable in my narrow hallway!

The scooter is great runs and looks like new and my request for larger batteries was fulfilled free of charge. It arrived quite quickly the only slight thing, I asked if the scooter had a road license as it is category 3, by email soon after paying for it; but got no response so had to ring after it had arrived they said they would sort it out, which takes a few weeks. It would have been nice if they had responded to the email the week before, that is the only reason I gave them 4 instead 5 stars.

We purchased a scooter from Charlie which was a seamless experience, it was delivered on the time agreed and for a second hand scooter was in immaculate condition.
Unfortunately on the first run out the scooter was involved in an accident but Charlie and the team got it back together and working.

Contacted Sunshine Scooters or order a mobility scooter for my mother. From start to finish they were extremely helpful, patient and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and assist with delivery.
The driver was very friendly, did a full run through and even provided a sheet to cover the basic controls and charging.

Pride Baja Bandit…
We ordered our Pride Baja Bandit Mobility Scooter on Sunday/ Monday morning at 3 am. At 9am Monday Charlie rang to confirm our order. We needed it urgently for a holiday. Sunshine did all the paperwork and the Scooter was shipped that day via a Pallet Courier and it arrived in perfect condition v well wrapped Lunchtime Wednesday. We took it for a test run and the fully charged it ready for our early Thursday morning. Thank you do much all the team at Sunshine Mobility Lincs. I very recently purchased a used scooter from Sunshine. The scooter had to be shipped a considerable distance but arrived as agreed. The scooter itself was in excellent condition and exactly as described. Charlie who supported me during the process was friendly but professional and is a credit to the company. Jodie who mainly dealt with the delivery aspect was excellent.
Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Sunshine and they definitely deserve five or more stars. Well done to all concerned.

Excellent service.
Sunshine scooters have been brilliant with us. My scooter had been making a strange noise for a few days . They came and took it away . It was the motor so we asked them to put a second hand motor on as we had not long spent £300 on batteries for it and couldn't afford to have a new motor put on. They did it gladly and gave it a service at the same time. They were very helpful over the phone to try and get to the bottom of what they thought it could be.Very friendly and the service was impeccable .Any problems they said no matter how small they may be able to help over the phone.

I like Sunshine Scooters because
I like Sunshine Scooters because, the person that dealt with me was very patient with me, he was willing to listen to what I wanted and needed. I want initially looking to buy a new scooter but he was still patient and kind. I did in the end decide to buy a second hand scooter that was delivered today, very quickly as I only ordered it about Friday and today is Monday 1st of June. That is what I call very good service. Over and Above normal service
This company is phenomenal for its staff, their helpfulness and excellent merchandise. Delivery was prompt for my TGA Breeze S4, the condition of which was brilliant. I had quite a few questions both prior and after purchase and they were answered promptly and knowledgeably. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We bought two scooters from Sunshine…
We bought two scooters from Sunshine Scooters, a small Rascal and a larger TGA Vita. Both were fairly new, well prepared, in excellent condition and have performed well.
The service we received from the friendly and competent staff at the time of sale and subsequently has been first class and we would strongly recommend them.
We recently sold the larger scooter back to them, as it was no longer needed and got a good deal. We retained the smaller scooter after servicing by Sunshine Scooters and no doubt it will continue to be to be serviced there.
