real or robotic, 'isla' was efficiently helpful - actually, quite charming - in upgrading my supanet fm copper to fibre with a different router. proof of the pudding will of course be whether my soon costlier internet does what it promises to in speed. but so far.. so good. j.s

Absolutely ridiculous don't bother trying to save 2 or 3 quid a month with Supanet compared to other big firm broadband services it's a joke, they said they were going to install my Internet within a week with an engineer to help install but instead I received the router within 3-4 days thats not even working because they need to connect the BT phone line and it's been 2 weeks and nothing. And I'm stuck with no Internet paying for nothing don't go with Supanet warning!
