Quick answer to my problem, helpful tips.

Easy access easy to admin a fair price !!

All good as far as i can see.

When I purchased the server, I was unable to connect to it. I reached out on the open Discord they have available and the admin "DxWo" responded within minutes with a very professional manner.
It took us a couple days to get the issue fixed, but DxWo was in contact with me through the entire process and explained that the game I was renting the server for was very new for them. Knowing that, and that they were working with the Linux OS on their end made the speedbump very understandable.
Looking through their website and their Discord I see a very encouraging level of clarity and commitment on display. An excellent service and I don't think you'll go wrong giving this company your money and trust.

Reliable and easy to use. I play on console with no PC and managing the server with just a phone is as easy as can be.

Didn't advertise the lack of 10k procedural maps on the cheapest package

The website to access my server was constantly down. This in and of itself is shameful, websites going down should be a rarity not common place. Its common for 7D2D.net to be down. One click support for only 3 mods is also sad. Other sites offer so many more for the same price. Speaking of price, to run a mod I was required to more than double the amount I was spending; not the case for my other provider. So, i am going with them and telling everyone I come across to do so as well.

The staff of the discord are very efficient! I will always recommend them 100%!!

Never used and my refund request was never responded to.

Server set up was a cake walk, then had an issue with mods being loaded, support notified me what the issue was and then followed up when it was fixed. 10/10 would use again!

I had a terrible time with the staff trying to help me. All I asked from them was to show me how I could upload a already used world into the server. But instead, they were jerks about it and said I need to be a better customer. This is not how you treat people who just bought off of your website. I would have loved to keep using these servers but for that reason I have cancelled my subscription right away because these jerks do not deserve to get any money.

Server was very easy to setup and get started. The owners are great at having open and honest communication if there are any issues. They work quickly to combat any impact.

Lots of rubberbanding from server lag. Server size is what they recommended for less than 8 players and it happens to all of us. Pings are routinely <20mS but spike up well over 100. Server config could be better, they do notbhave all of the default server config options set when you create a new server so youvhave to go through it in a very detailed manner. Also they require you to manually lookup and eneter the selectable options that are normally a drop down in the game menu. Like I don't know the integer to enter for a setting and have to open the game and figure it out to set it properly. Playwrs and zombies fall through the floors or walls fairly regularly, but I'm not sure if that's a game or server issue.

Service works great. User interface is easy to use.

Instantaneous service, you want a server now, you get it after max 5 minutes of setups if you want!
