Absolutely superb support from a small but caring team of experts. Typical ticket response is phenomenal with replies within hours. Much better than most bigger companies that charge extra for such quick ticket replies. They are also extremely accommodating to try and fix any issues and answer any questions. On top of this their server costs are incredibly good and include humungous disk and ram amounts for each size of server you can order. With their additional gui support for uploading mods and full ftp server support you will be hard pressed to find a better supplier. Oh and the pings are damned good too! Do yourself a favour, use this supplier right now.

Any problem or question I had the staff answered and got back to me within minutes. The servers run smoothly and without issues.

Their how-to guides suck. LOTS of errors, typos, and bad grammar. There is one bad guide, screenshots which don't match the guide, another crappy guide, a useless video, etc. None of which match each other. We struggled for a week to upload a random world generated map from PC to theit server. Tech support for Medium level tier subscription was snobby, instead of clearly explaining what the issue was, kept sayong we did not follow the guide. But following the guide does not get you anywhere. I pointed out to their tech support the issue with their howto guide which must be addressed for the benefit of customers and to eliminate me needing tech support to begin with, but they were not impressed, did not press for specifics, and I did not feel like they care to address it.

Great service but having additional server issues now

i was annoyed that the server i subbed for did not work for my friends. but after asking in discord a kind soul helped me we did some trouble shooting and found an uncommon bug.. fixed if for us fast top Service thank guys

Nice to have a server where we don’t have to rely on a single person to be able to play it, settings a still a little buggy which is understandable only reason didn’t get 5 stars

Very easy to set up. Playing within 20 min. And also have overhaul mods ready to go with just a click.

Very laggy and won't work with you on renewing the subscription earlier than the due date

Super slick speeds and I had an issue with their web portal not uploading a mod properly. DxWo was quick to respond and incredibly nice. They took the time to explain how stuff works and how to access stuff in greater depth. Fixed an issue that I would have struggled to figure out that they totally could have ignored, too!

Great server. I play with friends who live in different parts of the world - South Asia, EU and NA. We decided on renting a UK server and we never faced any issue with it. The server CP works well too. Recommend this provider for 7 Days to Die servers.

Server is not lagging, gaming experience is wonderful if someone wants to create server your site is a option :)

The hosting is fast and reliable with a no nonsense price point. The UI is tricky, but it easy to use.

If you will experience any issue with your server and you go to their discord, please dont ask assistance from one of their support Dxwo (i forgot his discord username because of how bad his service was)

We experience an issue one time with their website (7d2d.net) and their initial response is "we are investigating it" without any timeframe or atleast setting our expectation when is the possible time to resolve the said issue. Some of the users asking for an update but It took them 10 hrs to respond. Some of the users expresses disatisfaction on the way he response earlier that day related to the website being down.

When he got back, he said on the Support channel at Discord "Sorry for sleeping" and then post the update about the issue. I called him out that why did he say sorry for sleeping where he could just said "Sorry for the late reply because he slept" or just simply "Sorry for waiting".

He RUDELY response to me and some of the user backed him up and and started to jumped at me saying bad things to me where in the only thing that I just want to accomplish is admit that they have lapses on how to assist US (customers) where we are the paying customers here. Even my friends who sometimes ask for assistance, Dxwo rudely response to them even on accidentally using a simple CAPSLOCK chat.

Because of the experience, I leave the 7D2D.net Discord server. This is not a good experience for me.

Please train your support team on how to PROPERLY ASSIST their customers.

Fairly concise conversation. Faster response time would be ideal but idk if my tier has time delays in it.
