A pretty standard hosting site. Wish there was more access to mod folders and such to customize even further.

It was laggy, required additional restarts. Shame they took this domain whilst providing terrible service that makes you wait days for their 'hardware' to be fixed. Never more.

I really like your server. I just wish you had War of the walkers hosted so we didnt have to do that pft thing or whatever its called. :) Oh and it would be nice to be ablet to extend your account if you turn it off by accident... :) And your discord ppl are super nice with help!

I like how easy everything was to set up and just how straight forward everything was laid out i am glad i decided to use your service.

payed for the service, took an hour for the payment to go through on their end, after payment went through the website went down for over an hour, decided to ask for a refund, and it was refused. Terrible quality of service, and terrible customer experience.

The server is easy to use and the interface is straight forward and intuitive. HOWEVER it is laggy and has at times crashed or lagged out and dropped me from the game. when this happens vehicles are lost! this is extremely demoralizing

Got the server up and running very fast with the mod pack i wanted as well. Had one problem with the server and they responded fast and fixed it.

Our Palworld server runs as I would expect, not many bells or whistles but its a great price for a small server and we've had no lag (except when my brother didn't have enough transporting pals and his base was overflowing with resource entities. but we fixed that). What is exceptional is the service. My server went down after a hotfix, and I had admin response within minutes of submitting a ticket on their discord, and as soon as they were available(an hour or so after) they work on it and fixed the update problem. This caused the save to corrupt (as it does sometimes) and the admin continued to work with me for over well over an hour to try and get our save back, which we did in the end. 10/10 service.

Easy to setup, including instant mod installation on multiple servers. No hassle refund when mistakes were made on my end, very pleased with my experience!

I like the fact that they have a discord to ask questions with setup and way easier to communicate. They are a smaller company but fairly affordable for what you get. The one thing I would say negative was I had to upgrade to higher plan based on the Mod but not really their fault. They did refund the lower tier plan back to my account without any hassle and very fast with refund.. great CS department.

Excellent company, and good responsive service even for basic questions.

The menu is not user friendly.

When using the menu I struggled to select a map and I can only choose Navegane.

I have used these guys for awhile for a 7 Days to Die dedicated server, it is pretty easy to navigate, some things you need to know what you are doing, only minor issue is you may have to wait for a little for assistance with the moderators as it is only a two man show and they work on top of maintaining the servers. They are very helpful when needed

I have had a 7 days to die server for the last month and have had no issues. Server runs well and the set up was no problem. They have a discord channel for support and got to say there response is quick and they help you anyway they can.

Excellent, honest service! I’ve had no issues aside from some modpack-related ones, and the team was quick to find solutions. I didn’t expect them to assist with third-party mods, but they went above and beyond to help. Their support exceeded my expectations!

I'm still being charged monthly for your service. I contacted you earlier last month for the 6 months you've been charging me after had canceled. You refunded the 6 months but still decided to charge me again at the end of January. They literally wont stop charging me even with my account deleted.
