Absolutely no integrity

Absolutely no integrity. We hired them to do advertising and a website for our company so they had access to our Google Ads account. We are a US construction company but they put up a website for us that featured pictures of homes with European electrical outlets so obviously they are outsourcing and using cheap labor from India that doesn't know our market. Or maybe they are an Asian company with a VA, USA front pretending to be American.

Then we realized they were overcharging us over $800/month compared to other marketing companies so we severed ties with them.

Fast forward several months and they contacted Google for our Google Analytics account and had our analytics account permanently deleted behind our back! We tried to contact them and they ignored us. Check them out on the web and the BBB. They have horrible reviews.

We are a business Remodeling company and we get screw up by Sure local Fire

We are a business remodeling company, and I received a call from William I accepted the deal he offered me, giving my money for three months, along with my social media passwords and. I Sure with access to use my domain. However, I never received anything they. decided to cancel my service through them, but they took advantage of the. I got my money back for. They locked my Facebook account, changed my password without, and shut my website permission. They locked domain and stole my, website, business Facebook I do not recommend this local fire company because they sell a very different package what they offer

As mentioned during the offboarding, it was up to your point of contact to ensure your team had all the necessary account logins and was ready for the transition. Since you chose not to take the website with you, once the subscription ended, the site went offline. For your security, once the offboarding was complete, we no longer had access to those profiles.

We understand why you decided to cancel, and we truly appreciate the opportunity we had to work together. Despite the bumps, we hope we can collaborate again down the road if the situation ever changes.

Man oh man!!!

Man oh man!!!! They said they would refund half of what I paid and then (according to my credit union) cancelled my refund after they learned I used another card that was compromised and wouldn’t even refund the amount to a different card. Don’t do business with this firm. They’re not an honest company!

I was cold called by a rep “Michael L”…

I was cold called by a rep “Michael L” he was rude and hostile on the phone. When I said we were “good,” meaning no thanks, he told me you are not good, and then threatened to close my business on Google. After finally getting off the phone he then sent an email screenshotting my
Website and all it was was “You’re not good” it’s creepy and stalkerish behavior.
The next day I got an email saying my business was marked as “permanently closed” and had to go through the steps to reopen.

Surefire more like surefizzle

Surefire will do no training for their product. When you sign up they designate one person at your company to take a 4 week course to learn the Surefire platform. I have used several CRM companies and Surefire is the worst one in the market. You try to call them for help and they direct you to your Admin. It's insane that a company sells you their product but doesn't want to help you learn and understand it. It's very clunky and not user friendly by any means. Archaic CRM don't buy this product

Surefire local has been a Nightmare

Surefire local has been a Nightmare. Regardless of results. I have tried to cancel their service. They told me there was a 30-day cancellation policy and they needed to charge me a prorated amount for the remainder of the notice. Okay, no problem...

However, they decide to charge the full amount. I have requested my refund of over $400 numerous times with no help. Fine... whatever.

I have been asking for my google LSA access for months with no release of their admin rights. I had to cancel my card and bank account to prevent anymore charges. I have had a phone call each month from their billing department asking why my card keeps declining. I just want them as far away from my business as possible.

These people almost ruined my business

These people almost ruined my business. I used to get 3-4 leads a day from the internet, generating $30K a month in revenue.

I gave them a chance and in the four+ months they were running things, I think I got maybe two leads. I used to get 3-4 a day! God what a mistake. It's like they somehow rebuilt my website and then made it invisible to the internet or buried it under the ocean. I went back to my old internet marketing company and immediately went back to getting 4 leads a day.

Basically, I almost had to shut down my business because of these people. I had been in business for over ten years and was suddenly checking the wanted ads for a job.

Making matters worse, after I canceled them, they CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. I sent email after email and for months they kept charging my credit card thousands of dollars, as if they were pretending that I still wanted their services. In my opinion, these people are incompetent and total thieves.

I honestly wouldn't work with them again if they PAID ME $100,000 up front, because I would just lose money. I wouldn't want them to touch my business if they paid me $250K.

They do social media marketing that was so bad that my friends were laughing at me. Totally cheesy pictures and generic captions that yielded no results and just made my business look cheap.

I HAVE NEVER HATED A COMPANY MORE THAN THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISSAATISFIED WITH A SERVICE THAN THEIR SERVICE. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY PROFESSIONAL CAREER WAS HIRING THESE PEOPLE. I WISH THEY WOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS SO NOBODY ELSE WOULD GET HURT.

Not surprised that they are now shut…

10/12/24: After SureScam responded to my review a month ago asking me to contact them at their generic email, I did so. Twice actually. And no response at all, no email reply, no calls, no text, nothing.

Like I said previously, Run away if you are approached by them.

09/17/24-Perfect example. ScamFire tries to refute my review (09/12/24) and asks me to contact them via their generic email since they do not have the ability to contact me on their own via good customer service I did just that and here we are 5 days later and no response back from them. As I stated they quit responding to me on June 5th, so called Onboarding Specialist Edgar Ortega went MIA and never responded to any of my asks once I told them to halt work. The reviews by me and others are real folks. Run.

09/12/24: 9:19PM-Another follow up as the truth will continue to come up. SureFires last communication with me in any shape or form was from Edward Ortega on June 5th after I informed him of my continued dissatisfaction with SureFire. After that I sent repeated emails trying to confirm that they had received my emails that I no longer wanted them to continue. By June 7th all emails to any surefirelocal.com emails were rejected and the website was indeed shutdown it only recently resurfaced with a new look and feel.

I have never received any notification that my subscription was cancelled or I was released and I certainly was never notified of any refund due me.

I have all my email records and likely screen grabs of the 404 error when they were shut down back in June.

Like I said people: Run, do not walk!

09/12/24: In response to ScamFire Locals response below, I can 100% prove that what I posted is accurate. I have the emails and screen grab when they shut down for several weeks and absconded with thousands from my business and did nothing to earn it. After they came back online they never reached out to follow up on all the undelivered services.

If you are approached by them or considering using them: Run! Do not walk. Run to the nearest exit!

Not surprised that they are now shut down. I signed up in April on what seemed to be a very promising effort and had some very specific goals that they assured me they could achieve, talked to references etc. beforehand. After I signed up it was a slow walk with nearly everything and by June I was looking for the exit. Not long after communications stopped and apparently they are shutdown. If they come back, do not do business with them, or at least I won't

Very disappointing experience

I recently purchased a business which was a client of Surefire Local. I have been trying to get the existing Social Media accounts transferred and have been getting a runaround. Someone named Sam was supposed to reach out to facilitate the transfer but we have never heard from him. I have made several phone calls to the main number and have been promised callbacks from Gabe and Steve which have never materialized. I have an email for support but no way to speak to an actual person. I was considering using this company going forward but not if this is how they service customers. Very disappointing. Hopefully someone in management will read this and reach out to help resolve this.

Do not work with SureFire Local

We are beyond dissatisfied with this company. They give you a great sales pitch with all things included to entice you to join. However, the line gets drawn once onboarding passes. It took us 3 weeks to get assigned an account manager once we were onboarded. Our manager provided mediocre communication with us. They create awful robot-generated social media content and tell you they have a team working together. They have generated no leads for us. You'll get charged a ridiculous amount just for you to do the work yourself. We want a refund! Do not invest your business with them! They will take your money and give you NO RESULTS and make promises in the beginning that they will NEVER DELIVER.

We are a small business and found…

We are a small business and found SureFire local. They helped us get our Google business page set up and create a custom website. We worked with Sean and Tiffany and they were very helpful. We ran into a financial issue with our company and called SureFire and they had many different options to try and help us make it work. They deal primarily with small businesses so they are very understanding when we couldnt make it work. They were amazing to work with and professional, knowledgeable and kind in both our onboarding and exit process. We will definitely recommend them to other businesses!

Do not believe the poor reviews

Do not believe the poor reviews! This company literally put my real estate appraisal business on the map. Their GEO service solved the problem of "appraiser near me" searches, their platform has a central dashboard that lets us do everything including asking for and responding to reviews, track leads and see the new business volume grow. They then redid my entire website . Try them!

Since August of 2023 I have increased my business revenue inflow by 823k at an average of a 24 % increase of business per month and I hopefully before summer time should be over a million dollars of revenue in a 8/9-month span. I am super grateful for the service Surefire Local has done for me.

This company is only interested in your money and never on the results they promise. $4k gone, three months of time wasted, and not a single phone call. Do yourself a favor, Youtube what you need to do and spend the 10 hours a month doing it.

The absolute worst company very…

The absolute worst company very dishonest and Thiefs do not do business with this company, you will be very sorry very ver unethical people to deal with.

If you want to fix the issues with the bad reviews please refund the money that you stole from me and I will stop writing the bad reviews. Whether I was a customer a few years ago or not it’s not the issue here. The fact is that you stole from me and from a lot of customers and time does not fix bad ethical behaviors because it’s obvious that your company has no ethics. If you want to start changing the first step is going the right thing and that would be reversing your bad behavior. I’ve been in business for 6 years 4.9 star reviews because of 2 fake reviews in 6 years. Look at your reviews and how many people have put a bad review but not only that look at the consistencies of the review they all complain about your ethical and moral values. Refund my money that you stole and this will be the last review that you will see.
