The Email I Sent to Surefire RIPOFF ALLERT!
I want to be very clear here, this is my final and last attempt to get some communication and action on site issues. I have spent thousands of dollars with Surefire with little to no improvement or satisfaction. I need compensation for all of these issues. Most of all a simple phone call to discuss this total lack of consequences while your company sits on its hands and accomplishes nothing! What the hell am I paying for?
I have tried to address this and multiple issues on my website. The site is taking entirely too long to load via web desktop browser and phone browser. Changes to HJeat Repair and Heat Replacement pages have not been sent to me for approval yet, waiting for months. The addition of AC repair and AC Replacement pages have not been sent for approval after waiting months. I was told you can not correct the layout and design of the blog page and was only given the option to take it down. (I know I was no longer paying for blogs but that was not what I was asking for with the page edits requested.) I am furious that while I was paying $1600 at the time that the blog page was not flagged and corrected during our 12 months of OVERPAID full service. I was even given verbal confirmation over the phone, at the time I was canceling full service, by my account manager confirming that the 12 month Surefire campaign did not perform even after I had given all requested support and uploads to the Surefire dashboard. Your company also disrupted the use of a $2300 credit to our Google Guaranteed Campaign with SearchKings that took more than 6 months to correct due to Surefire's incompetence. Sure fire should be embarrassed and appalled at its treatment and lack of success with business performed for Guaranteed Air Pro Mechanical INC.

You over promised, in writing, and under performed dramatically. Due to the speed at which the site now operates on load up I can only imagine the amount of lost income it has incurred my company and its employees! If I operated my HVAC company the way Surefire has operated its failing undertaking on SEO and complete lack of increased exposure on search I would be out of business. But I guess if I was ripping off my customers to the tune of $1600+ a month I would be just fine. My next step will be to hold a meeting with my lawyer at Davis Business Law of Oklahoma.

I came on here to defend Surefire Local and offer some perspective on the absolute positive experience I have had with Surefire Local managing the marketing of my roofing company.
I have been with Surefire for almost 3 years - paying $1800 a month - my company has tripled its yearly revenue in that amount of time. My account manager Haniel has guided me in making my Google ads more effective as well as my organic leads. Geojuice absolutely works.

Scam company. Their services are very basic and way overpriced.
You can get most of their features from their platform at a much more affordable rate from other service providers.
They try to sell you on the “geojuice” for SEO, but fail to realize this stuff doesn’t work for goole like it use to. Geojuice is basically pointless now with ranking on google due to new updates.
Their content creators and writers are very bland and horrible. I wouldn’t pay them to write an article, or to make a social media post. They completely do not understand your clientele or market.
I canceled my account and they still charged me for two extra months of their service. I had to call to terminate my account three times, until they got the message. Now I’m dealing with my credit card company to refund the charges. If this doesn’t work I will be taking them to court.
Edit: per their response. They did everything, but cancel my account when asked. Then charged me for two more months after I canceled my account. Thinking that downgrading and giving me a free month was some sort of excuse when I was very clear I was done with their business. What a low class act from a money hungry business.
Edit: they charged me for another month this November/December. After I have called and emailed them repeatedly to cancel my account. They will not stop! Now this has been going on for over 4 months.

They are selling you a software not a service. Your paying a lot of money just to request reviews and send out e-mails and social media post through their system. They do nothing in there "Middle Plan" for SEO optimization. Their key phrase and solution to all your issues is " keep using the platform " it might be better for a big company with a big budget that wants a lead managing CRM. They also trap you in with that 3 month contracted. Way over priced for what they actually do.

Stay away from this company. They are the definition of overpromise and under deliver. Said they would boost traffic, all I got was an increase in spam calls. Said they would deliver a new website in 6-8 weeks, all I got was a frame of a site that I could have done on basic web platform. Don’t even think about going with this company. They always try to cover up their mistakes like saying “we tried to contact you” but it’s all a front. Don’t fall for it. They will give you some refunds just to keep you hooked but they don’t deliver what they promise.

Tried getting my platform to work for my business but when it was not working properly for me I asked for cancellation. Never received an invoice but they continued to charge me for a year. What a scam. No freeze or cancellation ability. Do not trust them.

I gave them a try for three months. I could have done more on my part but I got zero results. So when I left them they leave you screwed at trying to get your email and web access back. They helped me set up my existing website through them, but refuse to help set everything back up with my original host UENI. So now my web site is not connected to my email address and I can not send out emails. They are only helpful if your paying them $900 a month.

Edit: Surefire owes us 2 months of payments which will be minimum $6000. The refunded not even half of that amount without any proper discussions with us and are calling it fair and issue resolves. We are extremely disappointed and will be filing a formal BBB complaint. No small business should ever work with Surefire Local.
After more than 2 years of service we decided to go in a different direction. We contacted them on May 30th, 2023 to terminate our service. After lot of call forwarding we were able to get assurance from an employee that it will be taken care of and we might see charges in June but they will be reverted back promptly. Its July 17, we have called them and talked to them multiple times. They still have not sent us any cancellation confirmation and they keep charging us more money.

Here was our experience with Surefire Local. Salesman sold us the concept of 6 to 8 solid business leads per month for a certain budget. Prepaid for a 6 month contract. Took 2 months to get website up and running. When the leads did not show up as advertised, we were told to spend more money. Received 6 to 8 leads total over an 8 month period. Absolutely terrible experience. Buyer beware.

Broken promises, dishonesty, and flat out no customer consideration! This company is impossible to work with. They made a false claim that they would have a website built in a month but it took them nearly 3 months to go live. When you request changes they take weeks to respond if at all. The nifty little review link they set up for us was never even completed so our customers were receiving requests for reviews to a broken link. When this was brought to their attention they said it was our responsibility to program the links for reviews. They are the software company hired to make our job easier and we have to do the programing? No one ever explained this in the onboarding process.
When the customer contact email was broken for weeks our customers were unable to submit an online request and Surefire NEVER responded to this issue so we had to hire an outside agency to repair the most important part of a website.
We finally demanded a cancelation in January which was ignored until we demanded again after a week of being ignored. The response was they will not be able to cancel, this is a year subscription and they will have to charge the full amount (not a prorated amount or an early termination amount, THE WHOLE AMOUNT)!
We responded with proof of their constant ignoring of our ongoing issues and lack of consideration for customer service. Always we are responded with we will have an internal discussion about your situation. Again we are forced to be the once that initiate the follow up after patiently waiting a week for a response. The answer is always "I just got an answer". They said they were discussing it at that very moment in the previous email a week earlier and only when we send the demand for a response do they suddenly "have the answer".
Here it is March and after dozens of emails the dishonest sales has called last week to offer a reduction in our paid service to the basic plan for $499 a month for the remaining 3 months of our subscription. He has darted the question of whether or not we would be required to do another 1 year subscription if we agreed. Once again we are also waiting for a response to our last email confirming the offer of $499 a month for the remaining portion of our subscription without a renewal. We also requested a credit for the past months since we requested the cancelation in January.
Consumers beware - Don’t hire SureFire Local! The company made promises they did not keep. They claimed to be consistently working on our websites over the last few years and charged us $1500 per month, when in fact after initial set up, the websites were not being worked on, not updated, not monitored and are to date a complete mess. We tried to contact our Account Manager repeatedly to discuss and resolve the issues and she would not answer calls or emails. We asked for refund and did not hear back. The “attempt to clean up the mess guy” then called only recently and tried to do the hard sell on us to keep our business/cash flow. He made unapologetic excuses for the poor performance of the company, which only confirmed to us that we should have never hired Surefire Local in the first place. We are still trying to get a refund for months of non performance and still trying to officially cancel our accounts with them so we can move on to a more ethical company. They do not make the cancellation process easy as they want to continue to take your money for as long as they can. Potential consumers - the reviews are all telling as to why you should not do business with SureFire Local!
Surefire's Local Sales Team promised us a lot. We signed up for the 3-month contract and they said we would be getting all of these amazing benefits, like content publishers who are ready to publish articles on our site every two weeks! But it didn't work out that way because after 2 months there was still nothing published nor had any search engine optimization been done. PPC Ads were not launched after 2 months which is what I specifically asked about

They have been avoiding us for months. We sent a cancellation ticket and they didn't respond, so we stopped using the software after 2 month because it obviously doesn’t work if you can't even get in touch with them! Also our contract lasts no longer than 3 months—how did three turn into six? This is highway robbery as far as I'm concerned since clearly this company has no intention of honoring its commitments

Don’t be fooled by the incentivized and paid reviews. This “team” made false promises of what they were going to deliver. Three months in and I’m about to have to call my bank to dispute several charges that they continue to make to my account, even though I called and emailed asking to resolve it separately. Sean was my nonexistent “account manager” and Amanda was the “website lead.”
Again, I advise this company to either make things right with an unsatisfied customer, or just stop trying to fool people altogether with a very basic software and no customer service.
Don’t be fooled by the PAID reviews.
