Stansted swift meet and greet are the worst company I have ever we used for airport parking. On arrival they took over an hour to get to us to collect our car and on the way home we’ve been waiting an hour and still no sign, poor communication, lies about how long they will take (it clearly states half hour in their emails ) and we followed all the proper channels of communication with them

OMG , unfortunately I have not look at the reviews before booking but literally I had the same experience as everyone else apart from that I had to make 85 calls to get thought to them I was waiting for an hour with my baby at 1:30 am !! When I mentioned that in the contract says it will take 30 min for them to bring the car they said its not about the contract and they stole my neckles + used a lot of my petrol !!! What a disappointment and how comes they are still operating ?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! SCAM !!!

They didn't answer the phone and when they did they cut us off. Delayed response in collecting the car from us in Stansted. We paid the £13 in the car park and then got a fine from Stansted when we got home.
Also when we landed (after several times calling and no answer) they said there was a 2 hour wait for the car to be dropped off and we should get a cab to where it was. This they said would cost £15 and save us on paying the £13 parking when they brought the car back. We had to ring back to get the right postcode and they just didn't answer for ages.
We got an Uber which was £35 to a field with cars jam packed in, one had a missing wing mirror and scratches down the side.
There were lots of taxis pulling up with other unhappy customers trying to locate their cars. The man in the cabin couldn't find our keys at first. Fortunately we found out car and it was undamaged, but had a can of drink left inside. We'll never do meet & get again.

Had to wait long enough to pay extra for entering the car park and when the 'driver' showed up, gave no explanation and wanted to even leave my car there!!!
Multiple calls with no answer or repeated 'we are 10 minutes away' when they were clearly not doing what they said. Car came back with way too many extra miles on and a possible damage!!!
PLEASE stay away and do NOT book with them!

This is a very unprofessional company. You hand your car over to a very scruffy person with no customer service mindset. There is no receipt or emails to show that the company has taken the car off you. When calling the number provided it is often not working and when you get through the person on the other end comes across rude.
I would not recommend this company as it feels like you’re almost giving your car away and you have to keep fingers crossed that you’ll see it again.

DO NOT USE!!! this has to have been the worst experience I've ever had with any type of Meet and Greet. they are totally unprofessional. Do not ask you to sign any forms. Do not check mileage. This was a red flag from the beginning it made me have anxiety where my car was going'. It unfortunately got a lot worse. No calls answered, either the line doesn't connect or then when it does it says line out or it just rings and rings. Eventually when you do speak to somebody they are extremely rude and put the phone down on you. It says that you get your car within 20 minutes on their website but when you get the paperwork which we didn't read until we arrived back at Stansted, that it can be up to 2 hours. We got it back 45 minutes later, but I was constantly calling them. To top it off, they didn't even call me to let me know the car had arrived and when they finally answered the call, I was told my car was at the end of row G in the Orange car park.. what they failed to tell me is that they leave your car with the key on the tyre. So if I wasn't able to have got through to them, I would've been totally unaware that my car was left in a car park with a key on the tyre. No one there at all to sign over my car, what if there were problems with the car? It is shocking that this company can be working. Somebody needs to shut this company down as all the reviews say the same. It's left me feeling really agitated on a late flight home and I'm now sitting in my car writing this message because I am fuming. what I find really alarming is that on these compare sites they are getting 5 out of 5 reviews which are clearly fake and these compare sites should not be counting customers to use this company. It should be struck off.

Absolutely disgraceful service. When I got my car back, loose change had gone missing from inside the vehicle. Trying to contact them afterwards was almost impossible because they barely answer the phone, and when they finally do, they’re rude and dismissive instead of trying to help.
You trust airport parking companies with your vehicle while you’re away, so professionalism and trust are the bare minimum. Sadly, this company offers neither. Judging by the reviews, this seems to be a recurring pattern rather than a one-off experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

From start to finish was a nightmare.
1/2 an hour wait to be met by some scruffy guy who expects you to hand the key to your car without any form of ID or identifiable uniform.
On return told 30 mins and to wait at lane G.
Waited an hour and a half and after numerous phone calls, some answered, some not, some cut off, some not even registering, we watched our car being driven straight by us to the furthest lane possible!! More phone calls to ascertain its location, when we found it there was no driver and it was locked!!!!! By pure chance my partner found the key on top of the front wheel!!

Also no mention of the £13 airport parking fee each way until confirmation of booking email!!!!!

Never experienced worse service from a company before in my life. Waited over 45 mins for someone to meet and greet us, then when we land back from holiday we are immediately told it will be more than an hour for someone to bring car. They are rude and have no customer service, please save your valuable time and book with anyone else.

I would give this a - 10 if I could. Absolutely shocking service - you call 30 minutes beforehand but when you call 2-3 times to say your car is there they have no idea you called before. Then on arrival, call as we land - still waiting over an hour & a half later. Calling multiple times & each time have no idea what’s going on. Don’t use!!!!

I have only put one star as I can’t put negatives. I waited 4hrs on my return to get my car after numerous calls being told my car was on its way - finally I got a cab for£45 to where the cars were supposed to be parked only to be told they couldn’t find my key and then they couldn’t locate my car. It turned out to be where I parked when I left it. They then gave me the ticket to pay for the exit which I did and now I have received a parking ticket for £60!!! I am trying to appeal but have been unable to get a validation code to start the appeal

Absolutely disgusting company. Deserves 0 stars. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
When we arrived at Stansted airport, they came 15 mins late to pick up the car- no apology for lateness.
The email booking says the car will be returned within 30 mins after our phone call. When we got back from Stansted airport, we called and they said the car will take 1 hour.
We continued to call, and they kept cutting the line, not taking the phone call, or hanging up halfway through the call.
Whenever we did get through to them, they gave us conflicting information, saying 45 mins, 25 mins, 15 mins, or not giving a time at all.
Over 40 phone calls later, and 2.5h of waiting with our 7 month old, we saw a man drive the car into the car park and walk away from the car quickly. My husband chased the guy and asked why he did not call us and where are the car keys. The guy kept arguing with attitude that he is calling us, but he was on the phone to someone else. He showed us that he had left the keys on top of the wheel of the car. We asked why he did this and he had no explanation, just continued to be rude and shout that he was going to call us. If we had not chased him through the car park, who knows how long the car would have been there and we could have been stranded with no car keys. He then left with our ticket for the car park so we had to call stansted customer services to sort out another one for us, which took even longer. Worst company we have ever come across. I cannot believe they are allowed to continue running and taking people's money.

Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. You are expected to hand over your car keys at the side of the road with no receipt or proper handover process. With a flight to catch, you have little choice but to trust them.
The return process was even worse. We spent over three hours making repeated phone calls trying to locate our car. Every time we called, we were told it was “10 minutes away” or “30 minutes away,” yet it never arrived.
Eventually, we were told the car was ready for collection and that the key had been left on the wheel. When we arrived at the location provided, the car was nowhere to be seen. It turned out to be parked a considerable distance away in a completely different location, unattended, with the key left on the wheel and nobody around.
We were relieved to eventually recover our car, but during the long wait and complete lack of communication, it genuinely felt like we might never see it again - STANSTED SWIFT MEET & GREET
Terrible Service
When booking our meet and greet parking, we submitted our estimated tune of arrival. Before arriving at the airport we called 30 minutes before as per the instructions (which was the same time as our original estimated time of arrival). We still waited an extra 30 minutes for someone to arrive! A further 4 calls were made to the number but there was no apology or acknowledgement of the wait..

If I could give this company 0 stars I definitely would. Waited 2 and a half hours for our car with a 4month old baby. It was absolutely freezing. We spoke to a couple that had been waiting for 4 and a half hours. Managed to speak to one of the airport security staff who asked as for our registration, as there had been a few incidents where people had not got their car back until the following day. They park your car in a random road and leave the key on the wheel of the car. You don’t get to see any terms and conditions until you’ve paid. There’s no mention of the extra £26 charge for the airport drop off fees until you’ve paid and receive an email even then it’s not clear it’s in the fine print. This is an absolute scam. Also used over 100 miles of fuel so where they’re parking the cars I do not know. Stay well away

Absolutely shocking!! I rung them as stated half an hour away and they still took another half hour, then we waited an hour and half for the return of the car, we landed at 11.45pm I rung them straight away and got the car at 1.25am!!! Waiting in the freezing cold! I rung them 3 times and was told only 10-15 mins away. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

I followed the instructions and called when I had my bags. It then took 1 hour 30 minutes for my car to be dropped off. The person on the phone was rude and repeatedly lied about where my car was and when it would arrive - I drive a Tesla, so I could see on the app that the car wasn't even moving while I was being told it was 'on the way'.
No apology was offered. No condition check was done when they took the car or when they returned it.
The whole thing felt scammy and amateur. Save yourself the stress and use an official parking provider - the small saving is not worth it.
