This is a scam. Everything is on sale by the time you get to checkout meaning nothing can be returned. The product arrives but the quality is so incredibly bad that you could never wear the clothes. The item I ordered was a formal dress and the fabric looked like the kind you see in really cheap nasty kids costumes. It was a full length formal dress and it came in a tiny envelope!

I purchased the Multi Function Rope Pro. I only used it twice and it broke. Sent an email, no reply back. Very disappointing, I would not recommend this product

Actually I give it a zero. After 3 months and not receiving my order and emailing several times and hearing from them once saying it’s on its way I gave up called my bank and they gave me credit. I finally received the package with no info on how to return it. I have again emailed several times on how I can return it and no response. So it’s just sitting here in the bag it came in for I don’t want to use it. So hopefully no one will order from this company. Of course they blamed it on the Covid-19 but I received other packages with no problem.

Took 3 months to get my exercise band and it was crap. Broke the first use. A kindergartner could make a better product! This company is a SCAM!!!!!

They are ridiculous. They are just ripping off people. I ordered 2 months back and did not receive the item yet. Everytime i ask for a refund they say rhe package is on its way and they cannot refund. I have been receiving my shipments from all over the places domestic and internationally but only their shipment according to them ia stuch somewhere in between due to the COVID. A very bad experience shopping with them. People pls be aware of such frauds before you place the orders with them👎🏼

I purchased something on April 12 and never received it. The company didn’t respond to my complaint until July 4 to let me know they don’t know when I will receive my product.

It’s actually zero stars . They are just a scamming company, I have been waiting for the product since April and when you contact them an automated repose is what you get saying order went through and cannot refund your money, product is on its way should arrive in a week it’s been 3 months! Don’t EVER buy from them they cannot be trusted they just take your money and run.

HORRIBLE, LYING, SCAMMING FRAUDSTERS. Same problem here, ordered April 9th, still not arrived. Been emailing them daily for my refund, I told them I would contact The Chinese Ministry of Commerce, the China Consumer Association, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre for China, the Canadian Trace Commissioner Service in China and I will report your scam on China Checkup, which I will do if they don't give me my money back. This review will be sent to them and I am copying others and will send them to these lying a$$hats.

UPDATE: After emailing multiple times daily and threatening to report them to governing bodies, they finally gave me my refund. Don’t give up, you can’t let this cheats get away with it! Good luck!

I bought the pet hair cleaner from them. What a cheaply made, total garbage product! It broke with the very first use. Also waited almost 4 months to receive it. They refuse to refund my money, too. Do not buy from this company unless you want to get ripped off.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This company is BS. Saw an ad on Instagram in late March, early April. Ordered 1 item (excercise equipment since covid lockdown and cant go to gym) and about week later get a "it's on the way" email with a tracking code. Its July 2nd now...no product in hand, no real tracking info as tracking number shows it's been in same place in china for months not moving. There has been no communication from company on delays. No way to communicate at all other than generic response emails. Now I cant even get on the website to attempt to track. They took my money and just like everyone else... I'm not getting it back. Dont waste your time or money. This company needs to be taken down

Disgusted liars. They take your money and you dint receive the item. The BS company is based in China. I placed my order back the beginning of March 2020. It is now July 2020 and still not revived the item has not moved from Sita China. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. There’s no such company. I didn’t want to even give a 1 star but you cannot go forward to write a review. They gave stolen my money and won’t give it back. It’s BS COMPANY

Ordered a product back in March! Still waiting. The other reviews sound like my story! Now I can't even get into their website. Contacting the MA attorney general and better business bureau. I'm beyond mad.

If I could give zero stars I would. After reading several of these reviews I see I am experiencing the same problems with this company! I ordered two of the resistance band product over two months ago. Their responses to my email inquiries were the same, stating they had unforeseen difficulties with their shippers but my items were NOW shipping. Guess what? NO package here. My final attempt to reach them included asking for a DIRECT COMPANY CONTACT at the supervisory level. Guess what? No more responses from them.
I do hope that other shoppers will read our similar stories before placing an order. What a $$ sham to pull on us when we were all stuck at home, with gyms closed but our desire to stay fit!
I will attempt to contact FB administration to see if this company’s ads can be blocked!

I purchased an item over two months ago. Do to the Covid-19 there was understandable some delay for the shipping. But since I have contacted them several times. They tell me every time to be patience and they will send the item soon. Still haven't received anything!! So I would advice NOT to use them!! They are very unreliable - even though the website looks very legit!

Horrible company, absolute scammers. I’ve placed an order nearly two months ago and still not delivered.
Every time I contacted them they say the order is on the way, asking for a refund they are not willing to do so.

I wish I could give negative stars! This is the biggest BS company. I placed an order on April 9th and never received the product. They would respond to emails saying my order will arrive in a few days. When I asked for a tracking number the one they provided was fake. They kept copying and pasting the same response to my emails. I ended up having AMEX reverse the charge. This “Company” is a fraud!!

Total scam artists. I ordered an exercise Sit up band on April 6th and haven’t received anything. I emailed them and they said it’s on it’s way. A total ripoff. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
