I was delivered a high spec vehicle to my home address, with very little fuss and the minimum of admin. Switch made the process of getting a drive organised very easy. I was very happy with the car and enjoyed driving it, and it was returned with a minimum of trouble at the end of the rental. I would highly recommend the company to anybody thinking of renting a car or van. The stuff I spoke to were very nice and friendly.

The only place to hire a van in Hereford! Fantastic service from start to finish, Clare was exceptional and really couldn’t have done more to help, all paperwork was dealt with promptly and following an explanation of the van I was on the road, happy and satisfied.

Horrific steer well clear of this company! Motability has started using this company in the last two weeks in regards to courtesy car should you need one, and oh my God they are absolutely horrific, I explained to direct line I needed a courtesy car due to my mobility car having breaks done wrong at the dealership , I was asked specifically what type of car was suitable for our needs and I stated clearly please do not give a hybrid automatic, I was given delivery date for the Friday no set time just morning /afternoon/ early evening this was the Edinburgh Branch , I specifically stated early evening between 3-5 however I had to call them to state I wouldn’t be available until after 4pm , despite this they delivered the car before 3pm , I poke to the delivery guy explained I was stuck miles away he called Edinburgh who told him to leave the car on the street and come back the Saturday , he took the keys away and on the Saturday he was meant to be here for 830 he was hours later on arriving , I was not shown how the car worked , nor was I shown how to love the seat forward , infact Iwasnt shown anything , he asked for my bank card in the street and proceeded to read out my long card number and ccv infact all detail of my bank card to someone over the phone, this could have been anyone!!! He then asked for my drivers licence which they would need but at no time was I ever asked to go onto whoever he was calling , this seemed extremely strange and a breach of my bank security and bank account , he then shoved the key in a small envelope and he left, I looked on the envelope to see what was on it as Ieasnt given any invoice or any type of paperwork just this small envelope with the key and I was honestly shocked at what was on it, they make out that they give you the car with a full tank of petrol (what they don’t tell you is that the vehicles are supposedly filled on their branch site then they use the petrol to drive the vehicle to drop of to the customer so you are expected to pay for what they use to get the vehicle to you ) my bank was compromised and my bank cancelled my card she to their drop off driver compromising my details , it’sa nightmare trying to get the car returned and going by the reviews they will try and charge you over the odds without any warning and take the cash out your account terrible company

The staff at Switch Worcester were extremely attentive. Hannah, who assisted with the paper work and gave us a demonstration of the car as particularly helpful. The car was clean and met all of our expectations. Our deposit was refunded in a timely manner.

They are both super friendly, thorough and helpful. Always attend with smiles on their faces too. A great credit to your team!!

CHARGING FOR DAMAGE TO THE CAR WHEN IT WASN'T EVEN DRIVEN..my mother had a courtesy car through Switch as her motability car was off the road. As I'm the named driver it was delivered to me, on the documents it stated 2 points of damage..I took photos straight away of 8 points of damage. The car was automatic so I wouldn't drive it at all as I've never driven them so for 20 days the car sat outside my house not driven at all. Switch came to collect it, they took photos and the gentleman pointed out 7 points of damage, one on the bumper he said would be chargeable I then showed him the exact photo of that damage when I received the car. I explained to him that the car hadn't been driven and he then said yes it's the exact same mileage of when you had it and there's a full tank of petrol. My mother then has a letter 2 weeks later claiming for 3 points of damage and they want the £100 excess...how could I damage the front and back bumper and a stone chip on the bottom of the door when I didn't even sit in the car!!..also the stone chip wasn't even facing the roadside. They also stated that the damage was done on the 19th of April the day before the car was collected...how convenient!!!...Absolute disgrace, car had 5645 miles when received and had 5645 miles when collected and how can 7 points of damage be added on??.. obviously the staff are not checking the cars properly before sending them out. I also noticed on my documents after the car was collected that the road tax expiry was the 11th of January 2026 but I received the car on the 1st of April 2026??. This was the Newport branch.. lovely staff on the phone and in person but a disgrace of a company to fleece their customers of money for damage that they didn't do. CAR WAS NOT DRIVEN!!!
