Switch BECKTON is a joke
Switch BECKTON is a joke.
Booked a car not delivered. No communication.
They later told me that they have a backlog not able to deliver
After 2 days i went to their offices, staff are rude. Dont care, all at the back charting.
I will not use them again

well i had my car taken away till it…
well i had my car taken away till it could get fixed i use motability so they sent rac out so the rac then made out a request for a replacement car to be sent to me via switch this was friday i get a message 3 hours after rac came saying my local switch would contact me within 2 hours it is saturday now i even tried ringing them at befor 12 but noone picked the phone up it is now 1.30 pm and i still have no car to use and as i cannot walk far this is very poor service

Great service and vehicle
Great service. Professional with good communication both on the phone and in person at the branch in central Bristol.
The vehicle was an electric transit. The vehicle was checked thoroughly before use and was very nice to drive. (And also the first time I have driven an electric vehicle)
I will use Switch in the future for any van or car hires.

Swapped over Hire Vans
I Took the Rental van ive been using for a while, while mines in for repairs, Met this Lovely fella Called Dominic, he went out of his way to swap all my gear, equipment etc off one van to another, he didn't have to do that. #100% Excellent Customer Service right there.. I got a higher spec vehicle than I was expecting…
I was delivered a high spec vehicle to my home address, with very little fuss and the minimum of admin. Switch made the process of getting a drive organised very easy. I was very happy with the car and enjoyed driving it, and it was returned with a minimum of trouble at the end of the rental. I would highly recommend the company to anybody thinking of renting a car or van. The stuff I spoke to were very nice and friendly.
