I have received offers in the past,and this current one (British Gas),seems a good one,so I have accepted.
I have had to call you to request a quote for single tariff using a duel time(i.e. night and day) timer.It would be helpful if the website to register could make that arrangement recognised.It just asks “Have you a single or dual time meter”,with no option to ask for the method that one would like to use.

The price was more expensive than last year But it was still the best for me and my friends, The switch was done the same day even though I was told it would take a week (online) which meant I was on a higher tariff sooner than I would have liked,so in my opinion 4Star is warranted

The process of switching was straightforward.
The process of switching was itself straightforward, although the underlying cost saving calculations could not be totally accurate as my flexible tariff prices were varying day to day. But they gave me enough guidance to make substantial savings by switching.
However, as I was switching from Octopus to British Gas, I had to deal with their creaky, slow and inefficient systems - a hidden cost!
