British Gas customer service is atrocious. I have contacted them by chat bot, person chat, phoned and email over several days and not one robot/person could sort out a simple DDM query

An energy deal to beat the rest
I asked for an energy deal to beat the current offerings provided by comparison sites. The request was met. Therefore, I took the offer and switched. The switching process was quick. All contractual dealings with my previous supplier were switched by Switch Together for me.
