Tactical world uk, definitely not UK, 2 weeks still haven’t received my order.
Very misleading

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
If I could give -* I would, this is just another CHINESE rip off scam company. Really quick to take yr money, but also very quick to send the order out. But the sizes are way too small for any normal sized western person. Despite numerous requests for exchange or refund...... nothing. As has been said by other reviewers, I sincerely wish I'd checked the reviews first.

I sent for a pair of trousers 44w 32l they sent me 5XL they were so big I could have used them as a tent.
They look nothing like what was advertised and trying to get in touch with them was impossible stay clear save your money.

Bought Delta boots in black....
These are THE worst boots I have ever clapped eyes on.
They're plastic
The sole is paper thin.
They smell like a rubber factory.
Extremely poor construction.
Just cheap rubbish from China.
I left a review on their website. I had to confirm it, lo and behold....my one star became a 5.....and my review, rather than being scathing, turned to a glowing review......as my mother used to say....

Ordered some tactical trousers for work. Arrived after 3 weeks as was sent from China! Not UK based. Wore them for 2 days and zip broke on one of the pockets. After another 2 days the zip broke on the pocket on the other side! At the end of the week I noticed stitching coming out and material scuffing. Not something you'd expect with "tactical" trousers. Emailed the company about how they were not fit for purpose, no response. Poor quality clothing and zero customer service.

Scammer of a company and very unethical and will rob your money. Steer clear.

0 stars! Do not buy from these! I ordered a pair of boots 3 weeks ago and they never arrived, I tried contacting them twice a day but they never replied once! I had to ring my bank and get them to refund me my money and launch a fraud investigation. Absolute joke of a company! Do not give them your money!!!

Ordered thinking that it was from a uk store placed order 17/02/26 items ordered were waterproof jacket and bottoms in a size large, once paid and had tracking information discovered that it was from China. Arrived 04/03/26 terrible sizing more like a small- medium than a large and not waterproof even though advertised as waterproof.

I wish I had a zero stars option.
My son's boot zip broke on the morning of the second wear, so much for tough military style boots! Now I'm trying to get hold of Tactical Store - good luck me quite frankly, they don't respond.
Not only do they not respond but yesterday when i logged into their website my one and only order was there on the site but today my order history is blank - it says I never ordered anything - I wish I hadn't, that would make life much easier.
After reading the other reviews here I feel fairly deflated - it sounds as though Tactical Store UK is tactically ignoring their customers.
When can I have my refund TSUK??
Anyone else out there - avoid this website, very disappointing experience all round, cheap and nasty boots, broke within 12 hours of first wear.

Which quite frankly is unacceptable for a pair of faulty boots that have only been worn once and broke on the morning of the second wear.

Save your hard earned cash and buy from anywhere just not from here - a complete and utter waste of time and a huge disappointment with their terrible customer service and refusal to refund dodgy faulty footwear.
I am disgusted with their tardy reply - surely it's illegal not to issue a refund for faulty merchandise?

A question to anyone else here - did you ever get a refund?

Brought a water proof set off them jacket zip was broken and a press stud was in the bag ,tried to get in touch with them by email twice and no reply arm length is to short as well do not use this company.

Ordered a jacket after checking their size guiding advice. The jacket came and was so small I couldn’t even do it up. I tried to contact them and initially they advised me to keep the jacket and give it to another family member when I told them I didn’t want to do that they clammed up and I received no further replies
Their after sales are non existent and their size guiding is useless

I would have given nil stars if I could... Put a order in to Tactical world store UK but it'd not UK it's China so after paying for my order 4 days ago I get a message to say its ready to be shipped from china... Avoid at all cost this is not a UK group.

Ordered some shorts but they were too small
No refund or exchange note in parcel so went on website no contact number just a live chat option or email
Email bounced back tried several times same result
Live chat never appeared anywhere on website
No contact number
So only option was to leave product review on website saying I wanted refund how do I go about it
And leaving review on here it's been a week now no response from company you only have 15 days to return so I won't be buying from here again and I'd warn anyone else looking to buy unless you know for definite the clothes will fit I'd shop elsewhere as customer service is non existent take your money elsewhere these don't deserve it

Purchase some trouser and a belt. Trousers came but incorrect size. Belt not shipped. Ordered a 38 waste 32 leg and go sent 42 waste and 41 leg. Sent emails and no reply or response. Just wanted an exchange but they do not reply. Don’t buy from this company tactical world store UK poor customer service 😡😡😡

I had two pairs of trousers ordered from this store. I had purchased a set of Cargo trousers a few years back and they were very smart and practical for my travels - both for after business and leisure.

So, now that I am getting a bit rounder shall we say, I thought it would be good to get new ones:-

Ordered Archon Military Cargo Pants for Men Archon Softshell Waterproof Tactical Snow Trousers for Men Black (£34.95) Archon IX9 Tactical Pants Archon IX9 Lightweight Quick Dry Stretch Trousers Black (£27.95)

The IX9s have arrived and they are very light, Chinese-made/branded, very thin and they do not feel great on the touch.

I had seen, belatedly, after the order went in that the IX9 fabric was 100%Nylon (with some spandex). My bad. It was within 30 minutes (as in their T's & C's) that I tried to amend the order. I did not want to cancel, just chose something else. I also used the online customer support form and emailed Support (support at tacticalworldstore.co.uk).

To date, they have not replied in any way. Having worked for many support organisations, it is always concerning that when you are all green/all fine in your purchase process, the company is wonderful whilst if you have a red-line process for whatever reason, they have no good mechanisms to support you. That is a red flag - hence the lower rating. With online stuff, you need to be very sure, as amendments can be so much more painful (unless you go through Amazon :-))

Unfortunate we cannot attach images here. The other pair of trousers is still on its way from Hangzhou - I will update you about them. I really hope they are as good as the pair I got previously. The IX9 Pair fit well, pockets, especially the front zip ones feel flimsy and weak. Back pockets are ok but do not have the secure feeling.
Only time will tell.

My feeling is that this company has been replaced as the first original purchase was very good

Requested a refund and was fobbed of with a partial refund,I declined saying I would like a full refund then no further contact,I believe their tactic is to run the clock down on the refund timeframe!! I would rate them zero but unable to do this on Trust pilot.I bought a pair of the delta boots for my husband. Arrived quite quickly but both boots were marked. I emailed to ask for their advice and received an email back just saying “What marks” and nothing else. I had attached photos aswell. Since then I have sent numerous emails but to no avail. I even found an email for the UK but it did not exist. Avoid at all costs SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Based in China although states UK store!

Item (some tactical trousers I intended to use as ‘work’ trousers) was laughably bad quality and a terrible fit. Hilariously bad Chinese knock off. Avoid.

After much effort I got a partial refund. Con artists and swindlers should be ashamed of themselves.

Total scam company! Sent two body warmers that were 2 sizes smaller than the label size and wouldn’t respond about refunds! Phone number is shred and emails get ignored! Only responded to one email that I suggested was about an order ( not a refund). Finally sent me a returns address and I had to pay return tracked! Only refunded me partial return amount and didn’t acknowledge that the items were faulty so should have given full refund. Still trying to get the other 20% back and the returns postage but they just ignore my emails!!!! Total scam don’t buy from them!
