The automated phone answering system is awful. It's so difficult to get a human to talk to.

i am still assessing the service

i amstill assessing the service. It is too complicated and poorly deigned.Simplicity is NOT its first name. For example the sound box is not able tog be ehard thoughout the house, a talkback through the button should be standard. THe recharding of the button is anothe pfaff. More tech to trail around the house and it does not work unless placed a certain way on the pad, but both sides of the button appear the same so easy to get wrong, so easy to have been designed better but not.

I think the manual could be better…

I think the manual could be better structured and briefer without losing relevance, and thus be easier to read. My eyesight is not good so brown type on brown background is not ideal.

Would heartily recommend!

Everyone at Taking Care was extremely helpful from the moment my Dad bought his alarm. A couple of small issues with mobile reception during installation were explained and resolved quickly and easily. From then on the excellent customer care continued - dad did need to use the alarm on several occasions. Each time calm and reassuring voices helped him and us, with speedy responses and detailed follow up, whenever we needed it. It gave us all a great deal of reassurance while dad was living independently, well into his 90s. Would heartily recommend!
