Excellent peace of mind

Happy, with minor reservations.
I seem to remember a slightly confusing web site resulting me in accidently ordering two devices, a problem that was quickly and efficiently cleared up by customer services by phone.
Product set up was clear, but aided by having my daughter run around the house and garden to check coverage!
Like many men and a few women I am 'colour blind' (red/green in mine as in most cases) so having a single indicator showing red, orange or green, all of which look the same seems to be a poor bit of design.
All in all i am very happy with the alarm, which of course I hope I never have to use for real.

It was easy to order, speedy delivery. Needed help you set up the alarm because it had to identify 7 places in the house and garden where a fall could happen. My daughter did this for me.
