Clear and simple

I was expecting it to be a master class in connecting and verifying the system but was pleasantly surprised on the ease of getting it up and running. In fact if I had any criticism it would be that the instructions were not clear that the base unit only required to be plugged in and then left to set itself up. I went for a stroll to test the GPS which worked well and was extremely clear.
Hopefully my elderly mum will never need to use it but at least she and indeed I have the peace of mind that she is not alone if something goes wrong.

Quick delivery and very easy to install…

Quick delivery and very easy to install and set up. Good signal which was surprising as this area is very poor. Mum accidentally set it off as did my grandson on more than one occasion, the response was quick and the staff just happy it was a false alarm. The pendant is neat and lightweight, I would highly recommend and most importantly gives me peace of mind.

It definitely works very well!

It was very easy to set up the alarm and, after my elderly mother recently had to use it, I can confirm that the response was extremely quick and helpful. The alarm worked exactly as it should, and this gives me a lot of reassurance about my mother’s safety.

I haven’t used this product as it became very clear that owing to where we live the signal is difficult to maintain. It is a very rural part of England. I can understand why this product would be invaluable to people who are at risk of falling & peace of mind is very important- especially to their immediate Family. The company are extremely helpful & for those who can get good internet & don’t have power failure I would strongly recommend it

Good experience.

I’ve had a great experience with Taking Care so far. Delivery was on time and the setup process was very straightforward, with clear voice guidance throughout. The call centre staff were absolutely amazing during setup and testing — friendly, patient, and really helpful.

I honestly can’t fault the service. The hardware is good quality and everything is working exactly as expected.

The only small improvement I could suggest would be having an online portal to view current details and make changes. That said, I do understand that using a web form means information can be properly vetted and verified.

Overall, very impressed and so far, so good.

My aunt fell over in her home last…

My aunt fell over in her home last saturday her watch device didnt work,rang them ,theysuggested its my fault for not testing the device ,i asked for a replacement ,promised one this week,not arrived yet ,they blame the xmas post ! this is a very important piece of equipment that should be reliable.be warned test yours on a regular basis.update 24/2025 new unit set ,installed tested and working

The equipment was very easy to setup

The equipment was very easy to setup. It was up and running within 15 minutes. The first test call made to the call centre it was discovered that the account was not configured to the correct account. This was soon rectified.

It was easy to access the site and get the information we needed.
On contacting the company everything went smoothly .Having made the decision that this is what we wanted, the instructions for testing the equipment were clear and simple.
I have the wristband which, after a while not even aware it is on my wrist.
