I found the initial setup difficult
I found the initial setup difficult, and confusing. I am not the intended user, and consider myself fairly confident with setting up tech items etc. Haven't had the chance to try the pendant IRL, and hope I never will.

Exceptional and friendly service.
We've been using Taking Care now for probably four years to take care of my 93-year-old mother. I cannot fault them for the friendliness and effectiveness of their Customer Service.
Even if we have to ring the helpline or they ring us for a Alarm they're always so incredibly patient thoughtful and genuinely caring which at the time is so great to hear when one feels a little anxious or stressed about one's mother.
Yesterday for example I needed to order an additional unit for my mother and they couldn't be more helpful and explaining everything in such a nice way.
I can only highly recommend them.

Set up assistance
The equipment arrived quickly with clear instructions as to what to do to set the system up. I would point out that it is easier if someone is with you when it comes to testing the alarm round the house if you are physically impaired. When all the set up was done, I had a swift response when I made a test call and I now feel reassured that if I need help, it will be there.

I am being honest and truthful
I am being honest and truthful. Really, I have been enjoying the scheme only for a week, without a single event. So there is nothing to report or rate.
So far, the unit was very easy to install and use.
I have it round my neck in my waking hours and a bedstead when I decide to go to sleep.
I really hope that I will have NO FALLS to report on
