Iv had a virtual landline for a few years and changed to VOIP. I bought a suitable phone on Amazon and it was very difficult to set up. Tamar spent a lot of time trying to change settings and emailing back and forth to get it sorted. I’d consider myself good at tech stuff but this was too hard.

I have to say the time spent helping me and the patience from Aaron Wood in the Tech team was great. He resolved my issue after having to log manually into to update all settings and followed up with me constantly to ensure was all working.

It's only been a couple of days, but so far so good! The standout feature of Tamar, and why I went with them, was the exemplary customer service. I admit that I had quite a few questions and was a little skeptical so called them directly on 3 or 4 occasions before going ahead. Every conversation was answered by someone promptly, politely and confidently - at no point was I made to feel like my questions were silly or inconvenient and there was absolutely no pressure to rush in to a purchase. I did a fair amount of research first and the price point for the service appears to be fairly on par with other companies, the product itself is broadly similar to most competitors but I was won over by the professionalism of the staff and ease of purchase/setup. 5 Stars from me, well done Tamar.

Had a few companies for virtual numbers, but Tamar are really the best I've used. No hidden fees and brilliant customer service.

Been using Tamar for abour 10 years with no problems. But...charges doubled in the past couple of months, I phoned to understand why and was told they sent me an email (which I didn't receive) signing me up to their loyalty program! Apparently it includes services I never requested. That's what you get for loyalty. They have taken me off their loyalty program and reverted back to old pricing. I must learn to be more disloyal in the future! No compensation was offered for last two months of overcharging btw.

Excellent service, and outstanding account management. We used their partner portal to manage multiple telephone numbers across multiple franchise partners. Great solution, really fit for purpose!
