My item was not delivered as scheduled…
My item was not delivered as scheduled to my friend on her birthday. It was only delivered a day after. Upon my 2nd enquiry only I got response from the shop that their delivery partner has no delivery date updates for them. Utter disappointment.

Wonderful to deal with my bouquet arrived on time on the day I requested. The gift was for a nursing home for the staff and residents where my mother had been to show my appreciation for all they did while she was with them. They messaged me saying how beautiful it was and how much they enjoyed the chocolate hearts.

SHOCKING SERVICE
Extremely disappointing to deal with a company that has ZERO interest in customer service / delivery.
Even after a trail of emails they were non responsive in assisting to get this matter resolved.
Shop elsewhere people.!!
