Our tevaplanters were part of the shipments from the kickstarter campaign. Sadly, they weren’t working properly. When I contacted the support team, they were incredibly responsive. In addition, they were so kind, honest, and helpful They quickly offered to replace them and shipped them out immediately! Their support was excellent- totally beyond my expectations!

I’m so looking forward to enjoying my tevaplanters!!!

Ordered for the first time, shipped very fast! Was amazing. I planted some chia seeds and they look phenomenal!

As an amateur gardener, Tevaplanter is a nice addition to have indoor plants all year long. Watching nature growing inside my home brings me so much joy. I truly recommend for anyone passionate about nature with low maintenance.

I backed the Terraplanter on Kickstarter and never received my Terraplanter.

I have been waiting for my Tevaplanter order for over 5 weeks now, and it still hasn't arrived. This delay is quite frustrating. I have tried to contact their customer service multiple times without any success. There has been no response or update from their end.

This situation makes me wonder if there are issues with their service. Overall, I am quite disappointed with Tevaplanter. I hope they improve their delivery process and customer service in the future.

this is not a review about the product itself, rather the customer support and shipping.

after almost 5 months since I placed my order, which took around a month and a half to ship, I decided to reach out customer support and ask about my order.
they replied that the delivery company was not able to reach my number and asked me to provide it again, which I did. after a few messeges both the adress and phone number are correct, yet the customer support claiming that delivery was attempted twice and since I wasn't available on my phone both deliveries were cancelled. I have not received any call, sms nor email from the delivery company nor tevaplanter in the meantime.
the support personal proceeded in asking me to pay for re-shipping, which I refused since the issues was not on me, and rather it's me that should ask them for compensation after this long that my order hasn't arrived and not a single message sent on their behalf.

two days after the last message from costumer support I have received my package to my doorstep, with no issue from the delivery company that both called me and sent an sms about the package.

At the moment I still do not have my product! I have been waiting nearly a month for it. I have asked for a refund due to the fact it’s not yet been delivered and I have been told I cannot have one until it’s delivered even though it’s been this long. No confidence at all in the company.

I recently purchased a tevaplanter, which has quickly become one of my favorite items in my home.

Watching different plants thrive has been a joy, adding a touch of nature indoors.

I love that it's low-maintenance and easy to use, perfect for my busy lifestyle. Highly recommended!

I love my tevaplanter; it grows pretty quickly after it wraps well. the first 2 months were a challenge to get it to survive. but totally worth it and going to order the slate color one soon as well

I have over 200 plants in my home; thriving in soil o rin LECA. Thought this planter looked really cool and would be a great addition to my collection of pots and planters, Unfortunately every plant I tried on this planter died; 2 types of hoya, moth orchid, english ivy, philodendron, fern and pothos (all with strong root system at the time of transfer). All plants previously thrived on LECA (also a clay substrate) but the surface of this planter is just too dry and the plant and their roots shrivel and die. Where does the water go? only out the bottom, overflowing the saucer and ruining the surface the planter was placed on. Unfortunately I backed the kickstarter campaign and bought 3 of these planters, for myself and for gifting, What a waste of money.

J'en ai commandé plusieurs, ai essayé avec différentes plantes, achetées ou trouvées. Seules survivent les petites plantes sauvages poussant habituellement dans des fentes de murs, mais rien ne se développe. Et encore, seul le quart inférieur est assez humide pour que les plantes survivent, y compris le chia. L'eau déborde souvent de la coupelle, et mouille le support, les 3/4 supérieurs sont secs quel que soit le niveau de l'eau. Après deux ans de tentatives, j'abandonne. Beaucoup de temps et d'argent perdu.

I highly recommend it. I see many bad reviews here, but it works well for me. I’ve planted a bird’s nest fern, and after a month, it grows really well. I am planning to get the black one soon too.

I was an original Kickstarter backer and contacted Teveplanter recently after identifying a problem with the ones I had purchased. I’m so impressed at how they handled my problem. I’m now enjoying my replacement planters and they are working perfectly.

Prodotto non funzionante. L'acqua filtra dalle pareti in modo assolutamente non uniforme tra la base e l'apice (ovviamente per una differenza di pressione però il prodotto non ne tiene conto per come è costruito). Questo inizialmente, dopo un paio di mesi che lo usavo ha iniziato a non flirtare neppure più l'acqua dall'argilla, forse saturata dalle radici (radici di semi di Chia che loro stessi ti danno da provare, quindi assurdo). Era un prodotto fallato e lo sapevano (come potevano non saperlo?!?) e lo hanno venduto lo stesso.

I've been using this tevaplanter for over a month now, and IT REALLY WORKS! So far, I've only tried planting grass and chia seeds, but I highly recommend it to everyone. I even ordered another one for my mom

My friend has 2 tevaplanters setup in his house growing orchids and and other plants over the past 2 years and they’re awesome, so i bought 2 for my wife. From the crazy beautiful plants my friend grew, id give this product an 11 out of 10 for sure!
