Tom Lewis, Audiologist at the Hereford branch, conducted a comprehensive series of tests on my hearing. Tom has friendly, personable and reassuring manner. His professional knowledge and understanding are of the highest order, he is caring, encourages dialogue and is a great communicator.

Mark Connell at the Banbury branch is absolutely amazing! I’m so grateful for the way he has helped my 80-year-old mum with her hearing. She’d previously had hearing aids fitted elsewhere but, despite going back several times, she was still struggling. We tracked Mark down (as Mum used to see him years ago before he moved to Banbury), and I’m so glad we did.

Mark was incredibly patient, attentive, and really took the time to understand her needs. The difference has been life-changing. Mum’s hearing and confidence have been completely transformed. She has her natural speaking voice back (she used to shout without realising), and she no longer tries to “guess” conversations or feels left out. She’s more engaged than ever and no longer feels isolated by her deafness.

She can now hear her male voice choir (all 70 of them!) clearly, and she’s able to enjoy proper phone calls with her nephew 200 miles away—something she couldn’t do before.

Honestly, the only problem now is we have to watch what we say when her back is turned—her hearing is so sharp! 🤣

I have never had such a thorough hearing test as that provided by Jacqueline McPolin at Julie Robinson Optometrist, Crumlin, Northern Ireland. Jacqueline explained everything in detail, carried out a wide variety of tests in an extremely pleasant and professional manner and concluded that a hearing device would not benefit me at this time. I definitely recommend Jacqueline to test your hearing needs.

Had a really good experience with this company when attending my hearing test yesterday. Faisal , the audiologist , was extremely professional , explained the process in detail and gave me every opportunity throughout the test to clarify and ask questions. parking tickets scumbags. went to pick passenger from their shop and received a parking fine. they are dishonest and put small print on the parking signs . such a currept business and cheap way to mug the money off from hard working people’s. shame on you

My new hearing aids are extraordinary, a transformational experience. Thanks to all concerned at THCP within Hassocks Eye Care. Particular thanks must go to my audiologist Celeste de Freitas whose technical expertise, care and good advice were all faultless. From initial assessment to fitting the aids the whole process was carried out in meticulous and friendly fashion. Top marks!

Tom Lewis provided excellent customer service at the Ledbury facility. He has adjusted my hearing aids so that they are now even better than before and added some additional programs which will help me immensely.

Matt Whettingsteel of the Swanage Dorset Branch dealt with my 98 year old mother in a professional and pragmatic fashion. He showed great empathy in assessing her hearing needs and took patient steps to ensure all was in accordance with her wishes. She subsequently changed her mind and the full refund was processed without stress or lengthy discussion.

I recently had ear wax removal with James in Portishead who was very professional and quickly put me at ease and gained my trust by explaining what would happen. Even though there was a lot of wax to remove in both ears the whole process went very smoothly and I am delighted with the result. Would highly recommend James

I met Faisal for the first time today for a hearing test and programming of my hearing aids, and I have to say it was a total pleasure, he took his time to explain everything to me , and nothing was too much trouble to him, he is a total credit to the company.

Having been experiencing tinnitus for about two weeks they quickly established that there was nothing wrong with my hearing and offered me reassurance and advice for dealing with the sounds.
