I took my elderly Mum to see Alex at Walbanks in Holbury for a hearing test and to have new hearing aids fitted. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable and also had a lot of patience! Also Mums follow up appointment was very useful and any questions Mum asked were answered immediately. Mum is extremely happy with her new hearing aids. Thank you Alex.

From having my free hearing test through to my latest appointment I have been treated with the utmost respect and made to feel at at ease on every visit. My hearing test showed that I had severe hearing loss in my left ear and I subsequently bought an Oticon hearing aid which has made such a difference to my life. I am much more confident and don't struggle to hear properly. Thank you so much Liam Smith initially in my optician's in Stockton-on-Tees and now in Hartlepool. I have nothing but praise for Liam who is so patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He is an asset to the Hearing Care Partnership. I would totally recommend using the Partnership.

Qais explained the tests thoroughly and also helped me to understand how your hearing works and the importance of regular testing, particularly the potential cognitive decline aspects

Hannah Scott from The Hearing aid Partnership @ David Bull Optometrists in my local town of burnham-on-sea is amazing. I had problems with my hearing and decided to get my ears check out, I managed to get an appointment straight away. The lovely Hannah made me feel so at ease. After having seen images of inside my ear Hannah explained that I had a mass of wax build up in my ears and that was what the problem and that’s why my hearing was so muffled, Hannah then went on to tell me what the procedure was in removing the wax. I found the procedure very quick and not as uncomfortable as you might imagine, I was Amazed and totally shocked at the results it was like I was hearing clearly for the fist time, I would like to thank Hannah Scott personally for the professional care I received during my appointment and the follow up advice I received so Thank you ever so much Hannah. I was booked in with James Burt for a hearing test at one of the places he’s based Luna Optical on Gloucester Road in Bristol. I am now the proud owner of 1 hearing aid, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done! I’d been struggling to catch what people were saying and often had to have the subtitles up on the TV, l often didn’t hear the door bell. I was frustrated and so were my family at the amount of things I failed to hear.
I initially went to see James for a hearing test, to discover my ears were full of wax! James was so nice and professional, he booked me in for wax removal, he was gentle and kind during the treatment as I was a bit nervous but it couldn’t have been better.
A week later I went to have a comprehensive hearing test and hearing aids were ordered for me to try out. Two different types of hearing aids were ordered for me to try out. We walked around the block and through a busy Cafe and shop to test them out, to see which suited me better. The whole time I was put at ease by his relaxed friendly manner, though boy does he know his stuff!
Buying hearing aids privately isn’t cheap but even though my hearing had dropped significantly in my right ear, I still was above the threshold for NHS aids.
It’s amazing the difference it has made to my life, I never realised how tiring struggling to hear was. I can now relax and enjoy conversations, watch tv with the volume down and I always hear the doorbell. Thank you James! I highly recommend.

The hearing test was conducted as promoted. A free examination that seemed both thorough and comprehensive. Faisal looked at all aspects of my lifestyle and it's relation to my hearing performance.

I was incredibly impressed with the in-depth testing and information provided by Celeste de Freitas at the Battle office (Barracloughs). The initial hearing test lasted an hour and was thorough and I’m pleased with the results, I hadn’t appreciated how much my hearing had deteriorated. I went for the “Diamond” package and although not cheap, the results have been great and I can now follow conversations easily. The quality of sound is first class.

I was made to feel welcome and comfortable, and everything was explained to me very well. My visit was mostly out of curiosity to see how my hearing is doing, but well worth while. The tests are very comprehensive and the assessor took time to find out about me as a person, and my lifestyle as this affects my hearing requirements.
