Badly made item. They agreed to a refund and then never paid despite me returning the item. Refused to answer emails. My bank had to dispute the transaction and threaten action before they back down. Dodgy company.

From the time of ordering I was kept fully informed of how my order was progressing. The delivery was good. I had paid extra for the Amazon First Class service and it worked well. It was for my brother who’d had knee replacement surgery and I wanted it to arrive when a member of the family was around to save him trying to get to the door. I haven’t seen the planter myself, but my brother was very happy with it and said he liked the engraving. He’s now deciding what to plant in it.
