Incorrect engraving and they refused to correct it even though it was their fault. It was for a birthday present.

Easy to order, the flower box i ordered cam well packaged and on time. Well constructed to a perfect standard. Ideal for a garden flower in remembrance of my father. The engraving was spot on. Its looks and is a professionally made item. Will definitely be using them again

I have just ordered my third engraved blue tit box. They are such a lovely personalised gift, mine have all been in memorial to a loved one lost.

The picture I uploaded was very detailed - it came out amazingly on the board. Fantastic pyrography!!!

Ordered a cheese knife with engraving.
Engraved knife delivered with incorrect engraving on the wrong side of the knife.
Very disappointed, it was for my wedding. Customer service absolutely terrible to say the least. Lack of communication, lack of empathy. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Makes a fantastic Christening stool, the laser engraved detailing was impeccable and impressive, the solid wood used will last a lifetime.
From the point of order to delivery was within 48 hrs!
Priced very reasonably.
I firmly recommend this business.

Link on website not working so tried to contact supplier via facebook got message back telling me to use link in website which I’d said wasn’t working in my original message. Trug is solid and well made but found exactly the same Trug but without personalisation in local garden centre for one third of the price today. Feel a bit ripped off as it wouldn’t have cost £40 to get a plaque engraved locally.
