Trying to remain neutral for now waiting to see if the product arrives I was told
The shipping delay was due to an electrical fire in their warehouse. It’s my first time ordering and so far not so great with Communication but will give them the benefit of doubt and wait and see. They seemed pretty quick to respond to my questions in the online chat so fingers crossed it’s just a unfortunate time for them and that everything arrives in one piece and working correctly. Will update the review in the near future to reflect how the rest of this buying process goes.

CROOKS. My package never showed up. They took my money. They wont communicate with me. They are rude as all get out. STAY AWAY if you like your money!!!! Their attitude is the worst I have seen in my 47 yrs. I will be putting a claim in with my bank to get my money back.

Very good people to buy from. I was initially sent the wrong product. When I contacted The Open Box, they located the product I had ordered from another source somewhere online and promptly sent it to me at no additional cost. Did they turn a profit on this transaction? I doubt it. They put good business ethics above profit in my case. You can't ask for a more honorable business partner than that!

Ordered a 1.1edgestar frig/freezer based on price 1/3of retail not expectingthe brand new item I recieved, other than the poor condition of the box item is fantastic and is working perfect. Will order again.

Problematic. I hope if I ever re-order I will have a better experience.

The Open Box gets a 5 star rating from me and here's why... I originally purchased an item from The Open Box which I was not satisfied with. The item was "open box" as can be expected. It worked fine for a little while and then stopped working. I contacted The Open Box, which has a 30 day return period, and they made things right for me. I have since purchased another "open box" item from them and I have no complaints at all.

First time customer. Ordered off of ebay from them. Sent me a very pretty xbox one controller that appeared to be brand new, but did not work. From reading these other reviews it seems like they send out broken stuff first to see if you will bother with the return or not. Nothing like waiting for something to be delivered and then having to send the piece of garbage right back, and be forced to pay the shipping to do so. Do not waste your time or money on these trash peddlers. They obviously do not test their products, or if they do test, they send out the broken items first.

Was very pleased with the entire purchase process, they provided me with a tracking number and the game arrived in excellent condition! Thank you Open Box for a excellent first impression!

So I got two identical computer mice; one was defective. I wasted 20 minutes finding the way to "open a support request" with THE OPEN BOX and filling out the form. At the bottom of the page is a spam filter that is so out of date it does not work AT ALL. Thus the customer can never send in the support request. Had to go to PayPal to get my money back... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Absolute garbage to deal with. They sell used parts at a premium and you don't know what you are getting. I am speaking about computer parts. You can pay an extra 50 bucks and get a part from Amazon that is brand new and not the price they are asking for. I bought an SSD to upgrade my MacBook Air, and the night before I was leaving for my trip home, a red flag from a monitoring software indicated the SSD had reached the end of its life span. Within an hour and a half of them closing, they managed to get another one put in, but another used hard drive all the same. If you want to save a couple of dollars, shop there, but buyer be aware.

Buyers Beware! Don"t wsste your time in this store . It may be cheap, but remember you get what you pay for. Laptop screen screen quit working less then 2 months. They told me I must broke it and i am out of luck. They don't back thier product or look after their customers.

Nice prices, even nicer sales people answering questions on the phone. I'm a brand new customer, but always don't need "brand new" item prices!

Ordered product. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Too late. Unable to get through for return assistance, always voicemail. Now 2 months later and NO credit to my account.

I finally sent a letter to the company. I received a rather curt response, but they finally credited my account. I would never use Open Box again- if you do and have issues- send a letter.

I bought an Xbox One controller and I waited almost 2 weeks for it and it doesn’t even turn on. 10/10 will not buy from again. Actual trash.

I ordered the last turtle beach headset in stock.
I received my product in exactly a week.
The headset is brand new, tested out, and came with all the important pieces.
I saved money because they charge in the hundreds or more for this headset nowadays.
Despite my satisfaction with you all,
I’m still annoyed at USPS because they never bring it to my door even when I’m at home. I had to go and pick it up.

they do not follow the return policy as stated and the operator I worked with Cory was very rude. Company is a fraud

Waited a few days to get a game through the mail.and the game keep saying dirty or damaged disc after I clean the really clean surface again and again. 30$ fn waste

Shipping was fast and the service was great! Item was missing a few things but wasn't a big deal. Would order again!
